We've only tried the scones and the Sunday Only Cinnamon Buns so far, but WOW! And I can already say that Copihue is a VERY welcome addition to the Butler Ave. food scene. It's sure to become Ambler's go-to bakery. Brava!!!

As a Chilean, I’m so thrilled that Copihue Bakery opened in Ambler! It truly feels like a little piece of home. Everything here is absolutely delicious — from the mote con huesillo to the pan con palta and all the amazing baked goods. The flavors are authentic and bring back so many memories.

Oh and also, everything is super delicious. The empanadas + mil hojas are perfect snacks to share or keep all to yourself. I can’t wait to see the what else she has in store for all of our tastebuds.

We tried several different sweet and savory treats. Everything was Soooooo good! 2 kinds of cookies 🍪, cheese empanada 🥟, and avocado toast 🥑. I wanted to go back for more! Can't wait to try some more delicious items next time!
Today was their opening and it was great! The food is amazing, empanadas, mote con huesillo (chilean drink), pastries and chilean food where you can even seat in and have some breakfast. Cote the owner was so kind and we stayed there for almost 1 hour trying all delicious things she had. We loved it and we are definitely coming back!!

We have been looking for a Chilean bakery / cafe closer to where we live, and our hope was realized! We walked inside to meet the owner Cote', and immediately felt at home. There is a perfect mix of Chilean baked specialties, with some American tweaks. We personally tried her baked cheese empanadas, avocado and tomato toast, Kuchen (sweet walnut dessert pie), and coffee. There are more selections coming in the future. One noticeable thing about the sweet options is that the sugar content is significantly reduced, yet is still very tasty! If you want fresh, then this is the place to go! It is a welcome departure from the norm of chain coffee shops and bakeries. We will be coming back as often as we can!

Stopped in to try this new place out and was extremely impressed. Staff is super friendly and the bake goods were phenomenal. The scone was super moist and the pear infused cupcake was great as well.the Mote con huesillo was really refreshing. Definitely will be back and highly recommend!
