We've only tried the scones and the Sunday Only Cinnamon Buns so far, but WOW! And I can already say that Copihue is a VERY welcome addition to the Butler Ave. food scene. It's sure to become Ambler's go-to bakery. Brava!!!
As a Chilean, I’m so thrilled that Copihue Bakery opened in Ambler! It truly feels like a little piece of home. Everything here is absolutely delicious — from the mote con huesillo to the pan con palta and all the amazing baked goods. The flavors are authentic and bring back so many memories.

Eight of us went here last Thursday. Cote, the owner, is so accommodating, she's an excellent baker, hop is charming. Definitely, another gem in ambler. Plz stop by, you won't be disappointed
