Order a Oreo blizzard cake from the Horsham pa.DQ.When is father went to pick up the cake not only did it have the wrong saying on it but no Oreo on the Oreo blizzard cake.Wjen called to ask about it they said they couldn't get the Oreo on the cake and write happy birthdayThey had to phone number they could have called to see what we wanted to do but they chose make the decision for us.Im sure if my credit card was no good I would have gotten a phone call.Dont order a cake at that DQ.

Worst milkshake I've ever had. Seriously. Just horrible.Edit: Looks like the DQ social media team has pasted their generic reply, but take a look at other reviews for this location. You will see they all say the same thing: The people are nice but the food sucks (what is available). Bottom line DQ social media team, you have my money and I have nothing but this review. Your apology can go DIAF.

Every time that the owner’s one son is working at either this location or the Maple Glen Dairy Queen, my group of friends and I always need to wait longer than necessary to be served. He will either walk to the back, “restock cups” or start cleaning something, leaving the second or third employee working with him to finish with their current customer and then have us place our order. This will happen 8/10 times when coming into either location when he is working. It not only is annoying to us as paying customers, but due to this childish behavior, it backs up the line for the other customers behind us waiting to order. I love the fact that there are 2 Dairy Queens relatively close to my house, but I may start traveling further just so I don’t have to deal with this elementary behavior.

Staff is always nice. Joey was really helpful when we came in with 7 orders right before closing.
Last two times my wife and I have went to this location we showed up 40 minutes before their scheduled time to close and they were already closed. Why won't you stay open until your scheduled times so that I can give you money for your delicious treats?!

Went to order a misty slush and machine is not working. Tried to get a fountain drink and again the machine was not working. Went to use a gift card to pay for the rest of the order and was told that it wouldn't swipe. I called the number on the back of the gift card and found out it still had a $15 balance. The woman at the register never even tried to type in the numbers. Bad customer service.
