Had dinner at Deterra for the first time this evening and will also be my last. Not only was the food lacking flavor and quite overpriced (NY strip& carbonara) but the restaurant charges full price for soda refills. We were not made aware of this when asked if we wanted a refill. It wasn’t until we received the bill and saw we were charged close to $30 for soda refills. If you are going to charge for refills of soda, at least make the customer aware of this! They also forgot to bring our appetizer salads out despite us asking 2 staff about the status of our salads. It wasn’t until we were done dinner that they tried to serve us our salads. All in all the dinner was quite disappointing especially fke the high price tag!

Ordered a bottle of wine off of list.Server brought wrong bottle. I said wrong bottle. She went away and came back with same wrong bottle. I said wrong bottle. She went away and manager came back with same wrong bottle. ????I said wrong bottle, I ordered x told server x, what is the problem?He comes back with the correct bottle. No apology or explanation.Entree comes. Husband’s doesn’t.Summon server and ask about entree. She goes away. 10 minutes later, manager comes with wrong entree.No explanation and no apology and no effort to adjust bill. Will not return.

Hello! My review is not about the experience in this restaurant; it is about the recruiting and interviewing process. I'm writing on behalf of an applicant that was interviewed today 2/19/24.Whoever is in charge of recruiting and interviewing should be trained or better try to hire qualified staff that can follow the correct steps and ask ethical questions. It's unethical to ask applicants how they obtained their employment authorizations, judging by their looks or asking personal questions that applicant might feel uncomfortable or discriminated against.If you didn't know, that's why Everify I-9 is supposed to be.Educate yourself and be kind to everyone who is looking for a job. If they applied, it is due to the job needed.

Great Happy Hour! Amazing drink selection and apps. Great quality for the price. We go there a lot for HH then catch a movie at Ambler Theater across the street. Wish they would change the hours to 4:30-6:30 for their HH though. Movies are usually at 7 and hanging there for an hr before film starts is a bit of a wait.

I've been here twice and both times were lovely. The food is delicious, the menu rotates so we get to try new things. Nice drink menu. Service is great. Relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely be back again!

Ok. So, have eaten here and stopped in for drinks. This place has serious problems. Food is average but at inflated prices. Think they are in NY. Waiters and bartenders have NY attitudes. For Amvler, very disappointed.
