Stopped at this Dunkin’ this morning with my daughter to get bagel's. Service took longer than it should for 2 bagel’s with no line for a hold up. Then to get the bagels and they tasted stale. Needless to say I will never stop there ever again.

Been coming here for a while but new workers are not doing their jobs. Repeated my coffee order twice and got the wrong coffee. Sandwich had raw untoasted bread. And I didn’t get the hash brown I paid for. Plenty of other Dunkin’s in the area.

my experience at this location is normally good while here most recently they got a new worker shanyah she was very rude to me and my wife slammed my coffee and wrong order was presented told me I talk to little for her, what does this even mean very UNPROFFESIONAL. i wish things at this store will turn around the store is better off with out her!

Hair in my food. Not just one, it was like the food was dropped on the floor and they gave it to me anyway. Thank goodness I always open my sandwiches before I eat them. I received a refund, the dude who worked there- the manager I guess? Offered to remake it but I said no thanks. It was a huge piece of hair of thick black hair in there no way they didn’t see it beforehand. No apology from the manager either, he was very dry so I won’t be going back there.

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for 4 years every single day sometimes two times a day. Today I go at 11:00 and they’re out of plain bagels, ok no problem. I then ask for 25 munchkins. He says “assorted?” I say no just chocolate and glazed. He then says “sorry we can’t do that” What?? Since when?? It’s never been a problem ever. I tell him forget it I’ll go to a different Dunkin. I drive 5 minutes up the road to the Dunkin on 309 by the McDonalds. I get my three breakfast sandwiches on plain bagels and my chocolate and glazed munchkins that he kindly put in a Halloween bucket that I didn’t even ask for. Customer service goes a long way. When the regular staff aren’t there it goes down hill.

The Indian girl in the morning , literally told me hold on while she took my order so she can take a phone call . I have been coming here for years to this store and never had any problem . Until today very rude and unprofessional I will not be coming back to the store since she’s there .

Worst Dunkin location I've ever been to anywhere hands down! I ordered the bacon, egg and cheese bagel combo meal, asked to upgrade the coffee from medium to an XL and was told no ( something I've never had an issue doing at any other location ) so I ended up ordering a second medium. The person taking the drive through order was extremely hard to understand and very rude. At the window they snatched the money from my hand and then basically threw my change at me. When I finally received the 2 coffees they were both only 3/4 full but somehow there was coffee all over both lids. I had asked for 4 cream and 4 sugar in both but opening them up it was clear they were both different and one had far less cream than the other and tasted like different amounts of sugar as well. My sandwich was cold and had one piece of bacon, the cheese was not melted, basically on the side instead of actually on the bagel and, on top of that, I only received 3 hash rounds that were in the bottom of the bag as they put them in upside down. As I don't complain about things like this due to fear they would do something disgusting to any food or drink I asked to be replaced I will just never go back there again.

Do not go here. They did not take our order at the drive through so we pulled up. They refused to serve us unless we came in because they were too busy. I told them I had two babies sleeping in the back so I could not come in. They did not care at all and said the only the only thing they could do is get us coffee and nothing else. Not exactly sure why they could only get us coffee and nothing else? Worst experience I’ve had at a Dunkin’.
