Dunkin has an app that allows mobile orders for either walk in or drive thru, when ordering a walk in mobile order, the doors are locked and says drive thru only. My vehicle can't fit in the right parking lot. Now I have to drive away unable to pick up my order. The location is awful, it's never to easy to get in or out. If you're drive thru only, then change it on the app! I want my money back.

Stopped at this location during a tennis marxh to grab something quick before the game. Entry and exit to this place is quite challenging, and so is parking, so i decided to order drive in. Ordered a drink and bagel cream cheese, There were 2 cars ahead of me, but it took more than 8 minutes to get the order. Slow, but the order was okay.

A surprising normal Dunkin considering its extremely poor location. Spacious interior with plenty of seating and a very kind and attentive staff. Coffee was typical Dunkin, very good. Donut selection was not very well represented and I didn’t see a menu for what was available. I did notice that the drive through section inside the store was stocked with various donuts, but that observation came after I made my purchase.

Nothing special here. The service here isn't the greatest. The older woman often sits on in the drive thru window ? and the other staff sometimes lazily hands you things out the window because it's too low for them to properly interact with you.
Placed an online order go to get it the order they aren't even open 6 am when they open at 5 am . No option for refund on mobile app .

Ive never really had a good experience with this Dunkin. The customer service is okay but the drinks are usually terrible. I placed a mobile order to pick up because the drive thru is a disaster and when I went to pick up my food, the inside was closed & was drive thru only.
