We had a wonderful lunch here, right before a matinee at ACT II Theatre. The beet salad was delicious! And the hostess and server were lovely and helpful!

Service was fantastic for a crowded Friday night. Waitress was amazing. Food was delicious. We shared meat and cheese board and brushetta was one of the best I've had. Great restaurant in a cute town.

The food was way under par. The eggplant rollatini appetizer was so small and just basically covered in cheese. The Gorgonzola sauce was watered down and so sour. The other issue I found was that the place was not clean. There were finger prints on both dishes they came mouth and the table was sticky. Could also see the dust on the glasses on the shelves behind the bar from across the room. The staff was pleasant and this places saving grace. We won't be returning.

Food is always good here, we come back several times a year. Service and staff are great, good cocktail selections. It can be a little noisy at times but never disrupted a good experience for us.

The food is so reliable and so good. Traditional Italian classics. There is a good variety of wines at reasonable prices. Make sure you make a reservation.
Don't try to come to this place without a reservation. Restaurant completely empty but couldn't give us a table without a reservation. Finally offered us one table but we had to be done within an hour. But at that point we knew we're weren't staying, staff not friendly and we didnt feel welcome. So many amazing restaurants in Ambler, we easily got a table with great service and food.

We were very pleased with the quality of the food, excellent service and value of our money. I had Salmon that was cooked to perfection and they were very careful in removing all black powder pepper that I am allergic to, the salad was delicious and abundant and the final bill very reasonable . We think that will be going often to "The Boot", in Ambler, Pa.

I have eaten at From the Boot in Ambler many times and it is very consistent-excellent good, service and decent prices. I've had their salads, chicken parm, pasta -you can't beat it,

Service was slow and lacking in polish. We ordered a $90 bottle of wine, yet the server just started pouring the wine out without doing a proper tasting. One of the people in our party was drinking soda, and had to ask twice to get his soda, and then continued to have to request refills. Initially the restaurant was crowded so we weren't necessarily surprised when it took a bit of time to get our appetizers...but then the restaurant started to clear out and we still waited ~15 minutes to get our entrees. Additionally, two of the entrees were brought out, and we waited another 5 minutes for the second two entrees. Thankfully the food was tasty, or the whole experience would have been a bust. We could see there were two managers at the front of the house but neither seemed to be checking tables for water refills , food, etc. This was not our first time at From the Boot, but unfortunately the worst service we've experienced.
