I would give this place 10 stars if I could! Not only is the food great and the servers are all fantastic, but it's also a great place to use as a private party venue. I've had several there and they've done everything to accommodate me and my group. As a local Ambler resident I love this place and will always support them.

Back in the 1980’s-90’s I was a regular when it was the Wyndham Hotel. Wow! The changes have been spectacular. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was great and the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. We have decided our yearly lunch for Christmas will be there from now on. (And, thank you for the tour. Brought back many memories)

PLEASE INVEST IN WARM LIGHTING INSIDE!!! I would love to eat inside of the establishment. But the only way I can eat at Gypsy blu is when outdoor seating is offered, due to the fact that the lighting inside is hospital LED. I understand that it seems as though it is a ridiculous request, however it is very unwelcoming in the colder months when the indoor lighting is liken to that of a Walmart super-center. the food however, had always been great. But as a restaurant you must understand that the atmosphere is also a top priority.

We have been going here weekly for the bone-in ribeye! We’ve tried them all in town, and Gypsy Blu has the best most consistently delicious ribeye in Ambler! We love the live music and the staff is top notch as well - great selection of wine by the bottle, too, at really fair prices. Highly recommend!

We were there in total for an hour and a half . The staff sat us down next to the drunkest most obnoxious people. Then the staff confiscated our ids for thirty minutes before even asking us what we’d like to eat. Once we finally were treated like paying customer we ordered borata realizing how uncomfortable we were and how long we had already been there we left. Genuinely bad experience and poorly trained staff
Really cute restaurant with great service. The issue is that the food just wasn't good. Didn't have good flavor and food presentation was not esthetically pleasing either. Short rib tacos and shrimp tacos were a hodge podge of flavors that weren't cohesive. The BBQ Chicken flatbread had no flavor and was like a large piece of dough with unseasoned chicken and a weird drizzle of sauce. The Smashburger was just ok- nothing special. Sorry that this review couldn't be better- however- the service was great and our waitress was very kind.

Just wanted to leave this here, the most presentable food you’ve ever seen. Compliments to the chef for looking at this bad boy and thinking it’s worth 15 bucks. Trash caprese sandwich, you’ll end up dipping it in ketchup for a nice bite. I think next time I’ll stay home and make my own onion water with leftover crust from bread soup 😆 You know the waiter was nice at least, but his curly hair should be tied back so it doesn’t end up on my drink again. Pathetic food, failure of a restaurant.
