We have been going here weekly for the bone-in ribeye! We’ve tried them all in town, and Gypsy Blu has the best most consistently delicious ribeye in Ambler! We love the live music and the staff is top notch as well - great selection of wine by the bottle, too, at really fair prices. Highly recommend!
We were looking for somewhere to grab lunch on a Saturday and we’re so glad we stumbled into Gypsy Blu! We came in because of the many people sitting outside (food fomo). The inside of the restaurant is very well decorated and nice and cool for a hot day. Our waitress was super kind and management checked on us midway through.

It looked nice and had music The food was good. It was brunch. The potatoes were really good. The bacon was good. Slightly charred pancakes but tasted good. Coffee very good.
