I would give this place 10 stars if I could! Not only is the food great and the servers are all fantastic, but it's also a great place to use as a private party venue. I've had several there and they've done everything to accommodate me and my group. As a local Ambler resident I love this place and will always support them.
Back in the 1980’s-90’s I was a regular when it was the Wyndham Hotel. Wow! The changes have been spectacular. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was great and the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. We have decided our yearly lunch for Christmas will be there from now on. (And, thank you for the tour. Brought back many memories)
PLEASE INVEST IN WARM LIGHTING INSIDE!!! I would love to eat inside of the establishment. But the only way I can eat at Gypsy blu is when outdoor seating is offered, due to the fact that the lighting inside is hospital LED. I understand that it seems as though it is a ridiculous request, however it is very unwelcoming in the colder months when the indoor lighting is liken to that of a Walmart super-center. the food however, had always been great. But as a restaurant you must understand...
