I have very dear friends living in the neighborhood, and when I visit from out-of-state, I am always hoping that there will be some mild soppressata in stock, and that one of the people working will be one of those who are very pleasant and easy for an "outsider" to talk with and buy from. A few times, older people working there have been downright unpleasant, almost making me feel like they consider me to be invading their turf. Hey, it's still the United States, and if you're in business here, you've got to be prepared to sell to the public. Overall, I've never been unhappy with my purchases, only with a few older grumpy people. Hopefully, next time I go, the grumpiest of them, a man, will be fully retired.
