We love KC alley as a family spot with the kids. Great local spot to Ambler. My only, big, complaint is the water. The water tastes horrible and seems dirty. Which has me thinking all the soda, water and food is exposed to this water. The employees say it is Ambler water for the reason. Seems like a lot of people complain about the water because when you bring it up they all go yes we know. I live in Ambler and do not experience the same issue. Something is wrong with the water.
Service was great, shout out to Megan, she was such a kind waitress. The atmosphere was cozy, and everyone on the staff was so lively. Most of the entrees are over $15, but for it you are getting a filling portion of food. The portions of some appetizers are a little small though, so if you want to get appetizers don't get only one for a larger group.
4 people was $117 with tip. From burger to salad, the food is great. Bar is noisy but managed. Portions are large and good for 2 people. Getting pricey for a dinner out.
