If you want your order correct, go in person, order at the counter and watch them make your order. I have had the last three deliveries incorrect. Today- I ordered a special with tomato and they but guacamole on it- it was so gross. When I did the grub hub help- it refunded me 0.62 for the tomato. Do better. Your bagels are amazing-your execution is not

Last 3 orders were wrong For a bagel place doing only bagel meals off of their menu, by the way, there should be no errors. Third wrong order was paid for with a gift card that I received from Spread because of the 2 prior wrong orders. Wrong order twice was ordering the garden veggie sandwich and received a veggie cream cheese bagel, ah hello, and third wrong order was getting sausage on sandwich instead of pork roll. Not understanding this.

Wait was way too long although the place was not too busy. Appears mismanaged. Food good, although my wood fired tuna melt was still cold in the center. They could have used less tuna and fired a little longer. The 1 garbage collector was overflowing. A manager is needed to put the place in shape.

You need to be more considerate about egg allergy. Twice now in the last month I have ordered a ordered Carinage Ruben (pastrami, sauerkraut, dressing) and have been given Carinage Breakfast (pastrami and EGG!). Hadnt checked until I got home and have now had to toss my sandwich twice.
Girl at the front desk repeated to me “Will that be all?” when I already scanned my payment information. She said it in a very demeaning tone. I already told her that was all, and said I already have my payment out so yes, that is all. She then proceeded to tell me that I was rude. Her boss heard her say that and told her to go to the back. She then proceeded to say “you don’t even match” before storming off. It was 7am and I was just coming in for breakfast. I go to walk in today and there she was again, so I just decided it’s better off I don’t come in.

Your not getting a BETTER bagel in the area! Although, it's a Montreal style bagel, it's everything I miss back in NYC . Also as a Chef I appreciate the crust of the bagel in a wood fire oven. John does a amazing job cooking the bagels to perfection. The staff are all warm, friendly and welcoming. Also I'm a bit of a purist and never really liked anything but lox and cream cheese. But I ordered the Cure. I thought it was amazing. The brisket was so tender and the JALEPENO cream cheese was really good. The eggs were very fluffy. It was a big sandwich and well worth the $16. TRUST ME, GET YOUR BAGELS HERE
