If you want your order correct, go in person, order at the counter and watch them make your order. I have had the last three deliveries incorrect. Today- I ordered a special with tomato and they but guacamole on it- it was so gross. When I did the grub hub help- it refunded me 0.62 for the tomato. Do better. Your bagels are amazing-your execution is not

Wait was way too long although the place was not too busy. Appears mismanaged. Food good, although my wood fired tuna melt was still cold in the center. They could have used less tuna and fired a little longer. The 1 garbage collector was overflowing. A manager is needed to put the place in shape.

Your not getting a BETTER bagel in the area! Although, it's a Montreal style bagel, it's everything I miss back in NYC . Also as a Chef I appreciate the crust of the bagel in a wood fire oven. John does a amazing job cooking the bagels to perfection. The staff are all warm, friendly and welcoming.
