I’ve eaten here plenty of times and just haven’t left a review. Shame on me! It’s always delicious, and the staff is always kind and attentive. BUT, Tonight I was in for a treat. One of the sushi chefs overheard In a conversation with my husband that I had never tried Uni and he didn’t even hesitate to throw a piece my way. That’s just the kind of place this is. They want you to have a good time and it always looks like they’re having a good time themselves. If you haven’t been here before, don’t hesitate. 10/10 every time :)

Wow! This place is the reason why you go out to eat! Why did it take us so long to discover this gem? My wife had the salmon, and I ordered the Chilean seabass, and both were AMAZING! Exceptional kitchen and perfect preparation. Wonderful attention to taste, freshness, and presentation. Clearly, very experienced hands at work in this kitchen. We will be coming back to try EVERYTHING on the menu. Thank you for a memorable dinner.

Amazing as ALWAYS!! Harrison and his well trained team never lets us down when we dine at this Amber treasure. Truly a gem in the burbs. Owner is personable and takes the time to check in on his customers. Food is always delightfully decadent. The staff is on point. We love this place! While they offer omakase, the venue does not really allow for it to be private at the sushi bar. The down side of the burbs, I guess

You can taste the heart and hard work in this place! From the moment we sat down to the last bite everything was excellent! The fish melted with every bite! You can tell the staff loves working here (which says a lot). Everyone was happy and made excellent recommendations. The food was fresh and delicious. HIGHLY recommend the scallops!
