Plus, they were accommodating for our 2 little ones. The staff were very attentive. I don’t want gatekeep this place but they are too good not to get the recognition.

We were in town for a craft show and we were in the mood for sushi and I googled sushi near near me and up became this restaurant so we drove over and sat at the sushi bar. This is more than a sushi restaurant. This is sushi and sashimi on steroids unbelievable. So good so fresh and worth the visit.

Came here for advertised omakase.
Menu - The omakase, which is chef’s choice, is frequently a set fee where the chef pushes out his or her usually special creations to the guests. In this case, our waiter (don’t think it was chef driven) selected items off the menu and we were charged those items per plate. Additionally, some of the omakase items that came out had an odd number of pieces - we were a party of 2 so it was not a personalized experience as we would have expected from omakase. The selection of food wasn’t very balanced (e.g., no dessert) and the wait time between dishes was long.
Service - for the level and type of food this place serves there were too many seats at the restaurant. Granted we were there on a Friday night, the place was packed which caused very slow service (40 minutes to get our first course, no water until first plate cleared, no soy sauce on table, etc.) Understand there were some staffing issues that day but restaurant needs to adjust how many diners they serve based on their capacity.
Price - we paid ~$300 (with 20% tip) for 2. Price point of dishes on par with city prices. We paid $56 for two uni hand rolls which gives you a reference for their premium dishes. We were charged $60 for a toro + scallop roll, but then when questioned were told that was a mistake. It was adjusted to $30.
Food quality - fish was fresh and good. Rice on rolls was a bit bland. Nori on hand rolls was tough. Only non protein dish we received, tempura pumpkin was great.
Overall, would avoid for omakase.

One of the best meals you’ll ever have in your life. Chef Harrison has absolutely perfected every dish on the menu and every dish has its own unique flavor profile and eating experience. Order a few plates for the table to share so everyone can try everything. Ask your server what they recommend and get blown away with what they bring. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
This is my husband and I’s FAVORITE spot now. The food is incredible- truly unique flavors, curated menu, combinations of elements that are a new experience every time. Service is always so friendly- the owner and head chef is the happiest and warmest person. He is a delight to be around! We keep coming back time and time again and it never gets old! You MUST visit!!

Very calm atmosphere and an upscale interior. The staff were very attentive and kept our water glasses filled. Our waitress noticed we did not bring alcohol (it is BYOB) and offered us complimentary rice wine. The sushi rolls were prepared quickly and very tasteful. They have a unique yet traditional selection of food, many items that you may not find at a typical sushi restaurant. The miso soup was the best I’d ever had!

Good food. However, expensive. $10 small wonton soup with 2 dumplings. Never in stock. Have called on 3 separate occasions for the soup and they tell me they have it, then come back on the line and say sorry we don't actually have it. Horrible reservation process that requires a credit card and by the time you enter all the info they require on the app they are out of reservations. This too happened on 3 separate occasions. Staff never knows why or how and are not accommodating at all. Not worth the hassle.

5 star staff, food, atmosphere, prices, location? Can’t say enough good things about this place!! We were greeted with a huge warm welcome, treated like vegan royalty, and ended the night with a hot green tea - a great touch. What a great experience.
