warning to all I went in to get my toddler a slice of pizza and of course, like most parents got distracted and keeping an eye on my child I went to go pay for the slice of pizza really didn't pay attention to the price but they charge me six dollars for 1 slice of pizza . it's totally my fault but dot like the fact that they charged me a crazy amount knowing I was distracted. . would not recommend and also its basic pizza nothing to brag about

I used to live near the Glenside shop and fell in love with their pizzas. Now that I live in Ambler, this is my go-to pizza place. They have excellent hoagies, salads and pasta dinners as well.

Outside of New York, I ( we / You ) are fortunate enough to get this place so close. Great pizza that exemplifies the meaning and taste of what pizza should be. Hollywood names to the specialities give you cute names, but it’s the food will have you calling Pizza Box in Ambler over and over again. The large cheesesteak Stromboli will feed a family of six easily, but you might not want to share? The Elton John consists of breaded chicken breasts, provolone cheese with broccoli rabe on a amoroso roll and is one of my favorites. Don’t be shy when you’re there, as the people who run Pizza Box are family. Friendly and always willing to offer a suggestion, I’ve never been disappointed with one of the suggestions. Seating is minimal with not much seating.Parking: About 6 spots, but plenty in the old train station area.

It's really a community fixture at this point. Nothing brings Americans together much like Pizza, and nothing brings Ambler together quite like Pizza Box Ambler!Vegetarian options: My vegetarian co-worker gets slices here all the time. Usually plain, but she absolutely adores the occasional tortellini slice: it's undeniably sumptuous.Kid-friendliness: Pizza Box Ambler has tons of very lightly seasoned or neutral options for kids. Honestly, what kid doesn't like chicken fingers or fresh fried french fries? The fried mushrooms are a good vegetarian option too.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating, never had a problem. The place is a tad small and cramped for dining in, but I still do it on occasion, they can't be faulted for the building. I eat there as much as I can as I am in the area for work almost everyday. I'll grab lunch from 1-4 days in a week, never gets old!! You definitely want to try this place at least once in your life! Try the Taco salad pizzas!
