This place has really gone down hill. Twice now over the past year we took a chance on the handmade pan pizza, which at launch was our new favorite from Dominos, and twice the top of the dough is completely raw.

I ordered free pizza online was told to text here when I got there so when I get there I text here at the drive thru ring the bell three times and wait at least 5 minutes nobody comes I put my flashers on and move to the front of the store waiting another minutes till I seen the last person leave from inside so now the girl answers the phone I'm tired of waiting so I go in a man asked me if I ordered online I said yes he walked away I waited another 5 minutes till girl gets off phone asks my name hands me pizza I will never go to the dominos in annville ever again these where the nudist uncaring people I ever seen in a dominos these people put you in a down mood just going in the store and the girl on the front counter should be fired manager or not shut the place down if you can't find friendly people to work

I had an issue with an online order at closimg that i didn't realize was also partly my doing. I was contacted next business day and after i explained, the man who answered made the best offer I could ask for. He wasn't just understanding and patient, he went above and beyond to be clear and helpful. I can't express my gratitide enough for this experience and every other I've had ordering here. Fast, hot, good deals, and kid approved. Thank you, Sir!

I wish I would have gotten the name of the dude who made my pizzas today. 7/14/24 at around 9:10 pm. My order was #626. Whoever he was deserves recognition. I hope corporate sees this review. The pizza this man made put the Italian restaurant I was at earlier in the day to absolute shame. For this being a dominos pizza idk what he did differently but it was by far the most perfect pizza I have had in forever. The perfect amount of sauce cheese and toppings and the crust was cooked to perfection. For it being a late night order he was happy and smiling when I got there and just seemed full of spirit. If he doesn't already. I hope this guy owns/manages his own restraunt one day because with his personality and quality he will go far. Above and beyond exceeded my expectations.

New York Style pizza was quite tasty and delivery was quite prompt and friendly. After experiencing a difficult day, I needed something good to eat and Josh, the Cleona Domino's Manager, was most accommodating, polite and even wrote a personal note attached to my pizza box hoping this pizza would help my day be a bit better. We were served by Josh who was extremely kind and efficient. We showed up with a large group around 9:00pm and he was super easy going about it. Everything was out quickly. We really enjoyed our experience and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you for the awesome service!

I stopped by for a late night bite and sadly saw there was only one employee working. Turned out it was the manager Josh, and he gave me some of the best costumer service. Not only was he working on multiple orders by himself, but he was able to take my order and make it within 10 mins. I recommend this Domino's for their great service and Josh's awesome attitude!
Such a great experience at this domino's! Josh our server did an excellent job my group and I had lots of questions and Josh had the answers. Great service and great food! Would recommend!
