The new person I'm assuming the manager Kim is great made everything the exact way I ordered it that hasn't happened in a long long time and I don't think it's ever happened with the ANNVILLE location she says she's trying to change it up a little bit compared to how it used to be. She has earned my respect.

Ordered online and got the wrong order and missing items. Called for a refund on the missing items for put on hold and then hung up on twice in a row. Also a white pizza does not get red sauce on it. Couldn’t even make what they gave me correctly.

Yes the food is good, we usually pay with card and tip in person, BUT...soon found out if you do not tip online, they mess up order, leave food without even knocking. Its a shame cuz they are nearby, convenient.

The kid behind the counter was very respectful and he made my pizza really nice and the place was clean especially the bathroom.
This place has really gone down hill. Twice now over the past year we took a chance on the handmade pan pizza, which at launch was our new favorite from Dominos, and twice the top of the dough is completely raw.

I ordered free pizza online was told to text here when I got there so when I get there I text here at the drive thru ring the bell three times and wait at least 5 minutes nobody comes I put my flashers on and move to the front of the store waiting another minutes till I seen the last person leave from inside so now the girl answers the phone I'm tired of waiting so I go in a man asked me if I ordered online I said yes he walked away I waited another 5 minutes till girl gets off phone asks my name hands me pizza I will never go to the dominos in annville ever again these where the nudist uncaring people I ever seen in a dominos these people put you in a down mood just going in the store and the girl on the front counter should be fired manager or not shut the place down if you can't find friendly people to work

I was contacted next business day and after i explained, the man who answered made the best offer I could ask for.
