I first had Katie’s cake at a party 2 weeks ago and it was so amazing that I took a chance she’d have an opening for my son’s birthday this week. Well, she did and I was so excited. Katie made a chocolate cake with peanut butter icing and it was beautifully decorated. I got so many comments from people who told me they’re not really cake people, but they loved this cake. I definitely recommend Katie! Fantastic!
The flavors of her chocolate salted caramel cake blew me away. She is my new go-to for cakes! Flavors are amazing, presentation is beautiful and she has a customer for life.
We ordered three birthday cakes from Katie, and each one was spectacular. Since all the granddaughters love the ocean, they chose ocean-themed designs, complete with beautiful fondant seashells, coral, and seahorses. Katie’s frosting is excellent—not too sweet or overpowering, even for someone who usually scrapes frosting off. The cakes were moist and delicious: one marble and two Funfetti.
