It's a hit or miss. One time we get our food quick and with good service. Other times we wait at least half an hour for food, and the service is terrible. Sometimes they check on you along with the other people, other times they come only twice, to take your order and bring it. No waitress is around most times. We have to get our own straws and napkins. A few times we had more than $10 in change, and they asked if we wanted the change. Don't call, their very angry and hostile on the phone. They changed hours but don't update it online. Foods alright, rather pricey.

Very nice place to go with a friend/family member to have a relaxing catch up time.
Central is a cozy, home like atmosphere. Some things are somewhat dated, but that's OK. It still works and everything is orderly and in good condition.
The food was good and fresh. I had a tuna hoagie and the all the ingredients were fresh and tasted just as expected.
The entire place is very clean. The bar is separate from the main dining room. Going through were it separates from, you have an opportunity to see partly into the kitchen itself. I was able to tell everything is incredibly clean and orderly.
This is one of Apollo's "hidden gems" and I encourage everyone to check them out.
The only drawback is that I wasn't aware that they accept cash only. They said that they do have it posted on the door, but I didn't see it. Fortunately, they do have an in house ATM and Apollo Bank is right across the street (with their own ATM).
Parking: Plenty of on street parking in front of Central (parking meters; very affordable at $.25 per hour) or parking in the very close shopping plaza (very close and very walkable flat).

Everytime I call(past year) I can Never get through it's always "busy" I have to go there place my order either wait or come back. And again today Jan 20th 2024 busy. I doubt thats the reason. The foods been on a downfall grilled cheese has been individually wrapped cheeses(plastic was still on slightly so not grilled fully) Rubens been a nasty corn beef meat. Just sad cuz in Apollo there's not a lot of good restaurants.
