It's a hit or miss. One time we get our food quick and with good service. Other times we wait at least half an hour for food, and the service is terrible. Sometimes they check on you along with the other people, other times they come only twice, to take your order and bring it. No waitress is around most times. We have to get our own straws and napkins. A few times we had more than $10 in change, and they asked if we wanted the change. Don't call, their very angry and...
Very nice place to go with a friend/family member to have a relaxing catch up time.
Central is a cozy, home like atmosphere. Some things are somewhat dated, but that's OK. It still works and everything is orderly and in good condition.

Kid-friendliness: My husband and I have eaten there a few times and also ordered out. We have never been dissatisfied with anything we ordered and everyone was very friendly. I would ? percent recommend this restaurant.
