Once a week I order a pizza. I call they know me when I give name, am a regular because of the awesome service, lots of smiles and pleasant greetings. Food is awesome. I looked at their online menu to order. I ordered the lunch special half a hoagie bag of chips and can of soda for $7.49. a order of mozzarella sticks and order of cheddar bacon fries. I never got my can of soda or chips and they charged me 12.99 for the fries when it said 4.99 online. Also was charged 7.99 for the mozzarella sticks when the menu said 4.99. the bacon is all fat and the sticks weren't even cooked fully. Everything was cold. I called and questioned and they wouldn't make it right and just said the menu online is old and next time I need to ask prices before ordering. Never ordering here again.

Stay away from this place . I was overcharged and on top of that they charged me a card fee and 4.00 delivery charge . And the food was terrible . I grew up having fox’s pizza was a treat . Good food and fair price . Now it’s a dumpster fire . The owner needs to be ashamed of how sneaky , greedy and underhanded he runs this place . Never said there was a card fee or 4 dollar delivery fee . And the receipt showed I was overcharged by almost 3 dollars . The food was kind of undercooked and watery . It’s run like a dump and that translates to the product it produces . And other foxs in the area aren’t allowed to deliver here in Apollo . Please save your money an yourself a lot of agrivation. Better food and better prices literally any where else .

I really try to buy from local businesses, but I’m officially done with this place. I ordered a pizza for $14.99 and it actually around $20. I ordered ranch with the pizza and they forgot it. Not a big deal, but after looking at the receipt, I realized that they charged me $4 for delivery and over charged me a $1 for my order. Plus there was a credit card fee. So right there was an additional $5.80. And stupid me tipped before I looked at the receipt, so I paid extra money to be cheated. NEVER AGAIN! I realize that times are hard for everyone right now and I get that businesses are trying hard to make it. But after realizing that they over charged me in addition to the extra fees, I’m just not okay with that.

Dirty. Shameful really. Ordered a large ham and cheese hoagie with nothing else on it. It was $12. Literally, one piece of ham and one piece of cheese. Literally. Unbelievable. Ordered two large wedgies as well. Gross. Dripping with grease. Bread not crispy, very soggy. Terrible. They were $15 each. So for $50, I got the worst food I may have ever ordered. This place sucks out loud. Never again will I go here. The other fox's around the area (Vandergrift and Spring Church) are 100,000,000x better. Terrible. Should be embarrassed.
This is the worse fox's ever. They are rude n can't get a complete order right. We have ordered from here 3 times in the last 6 months n not once did they get our order right. Unbelievable. Don't waste your time. When they are confronted about their mistakes they get rude. Just take the fault n fix it but not them. We will never order from this fox's again ?

Ordered a large pizza. Received a medium and I can’t get a credit. I have to drive the whole way there to get a new pizza. Just won’t order there again.

They were rude apon answering then when the delivery driver arrived apologized for the original lady’s rudeness. Then The delivery driver didn’t have any change said she would come back with it and never came back. Had better service from the kitchen in the county jail save a trip vandergrift and spring church foxes are where it’s at if your around saltsburg personally I think they are they best taste and service wise.

We ordered a BLT wedgie had pizza sauce on it. This is not how we ordered it and is not on the menu like that. We went out of our way and called them(Donald) and asked if they could remake it the said we would have to pay for a new one. I gave a one star review because of this we ate here for years and they said then been makeing them like that for year's this it not true and we should not have to pay again for their mess up. They also forgot my sauce for my cheese sticks

Every time I call the line is busy or they don't answer, when they do they tell you they can't hear you or they put you on hold and hang up on you. When they do answer and talk to you they always say it will be over 2 hours to get your order. I have yet to place an order and honestly after trying 3 times I will no longer try again
