I just don’t understand what’s happening with subways in today’s world. Every time I go, they are closed when their hours say open. It’s very frustrating and confusing to deal with. Not worth the mental effort anymore.

I understand the world's in a small place but who leaves a 16-year-old in charge of a fast food restaurant even though it's just Subway the girl was having problems it wasn't her fault I'm blaming this one on the manager I got pictures of my house in case the manager ever asked me to show it to her I don't know what to say and who's allowed to bring their sisters or family behind the counter I've never seen that before in my life and I own my own company

If I could give less than 1, I would…..I gave this Subway a second chance and got the short end of the stick again. I went in today to order my sub (I go there twice every week) for my son’s lunch. There were no signs that it was BOGO so I assumed they weren’t doing it anymore, just to find out that they indeed are BOGO every Tuesday. I asked if I could still get my free sub and the manager said nope, I can’t redo the sale. Last time I go there…..I’m not giving a third strike!!

if I could give zero stars, I would. tried to order online at 8:30, put my entire order on there and when I went to check out, it said they weren’t accepting orders online so then I proceeded to call and it rang and rang and rang….says they’re open till 9 yet no one answered the phone, so when I arrived at Subway on my way home to place my order in person at 8:45 PM they had the doors locked yet, says on their door they are open till 9. will be calling in the morning to complain to the supervisor of this location.
