Ordered a sandwhich and the spinach was so wilted. How is this acceptable to put on a sandwhich. Got sick after eating this didnt realize until the sandwhich was half gone that there was something wrong. Wish I could attach the pic i took.

Didn't get all the food we ordered and phone went to some bs voice-mail message so couldn't even call to get refund for missing food. They steal your money

I have never had a problem with the establishment until now…what has changed??
My sandwich was not carefully wrapped, vegetables were disproportionate (pictured), and the attitude of the employee was not professional. Vegetables were placed randomly, had cucumbers all on one side of my footlong, and then a huge handful of pickles everywhere else. Also, the employee who made my sandwich seemed like they didn’t care and placed all the fixings wherever they wanted.

Just went to get lunch and the workers were in there yelling at each other I went to order my food and went the bathroom came back and they made my food slammed it on counter got smart with me AVOID THESE PEOPLE AND THIS ESTABLISMENT THEY ARE NASTY IN THERE !

I pass two Subways on my way home from work, but I go 5 miles out of my way for this one. The people are nice, and I've never had a problem with an order. I buy online and pick it up, and the people who work here always greet me. I love the vegan options. I'm very happy with this Subway.

Wasted trip. Arrived at 8:30, restaurant details online and on the door state open until 9:30. They have the doors locked at 8:30 and stare at you like they’re confused as to why you’re there.

Watched the worker dig through the trash looking for a book someone lost. She then started to put gloves on before washing her hands. Asked what she could get me and I told her nothing since I watched her not wash her hands after going through the garbage can. She didn't care and just said "ok have a nice day". Disgusting. I will never eat here again. 🤢

There this evening..9/25/24 ..The service from the young man training or new..not sure was fine ..the girl eorking with him was rude and rolling her eyes and making comments..extremely rude..not going back!!

I ordered food from Subway at 8:00 PM on 08/02/2024 using the Subway app, which indicated a closing time of 9:30 PM. Upon arrival at the store at 8:30 PM, I found it closed. The store had already taken my payment through Cash App, leaving me without food and requiring me to initiate a refund process.
This discrepancy in operating hours between the Subway app and the actual store is unacceptable and unprofessional. Closing a business early without notice is disruptive to customers and could lead to disciplinary action for an employee. I was not the only customer affected; several others arrived after me, only to find the store closed.
I strongly advise against ordering from this particular Subway location due to the high likelihood of experiencing similar issues with order fulfillment and refunds.

Don’t eat here order delivery took over 3 hours .food is cold .smash .never got my 2 bags of chips . No one answer there phone .gave me a door dash receipt when I never authorized door dash or the charge
