Asked what she could get me and I told her nothing since I watched her not wash her hands after going through the garbage can. She didn't care and just said "ok have a nice day". Disgusting. I ordered food from Subway at 8:00 PM on 08/02/2024 using the Subway app, which indicated a closing time of 9:30 PM. Upon arrival at the store at 8:30 PM, I found it closed. The store had already taken my payment through Cash App, leaving me without food and requiring me to initiate a refund process.
This discrepancy in operating hours between the Subway app and the actual store is unacceptable and unprofessional. Closing a business early without notice is disruptive to customers and could lead to disciplinary action for an employee. I was not the only customer affected; several others arrived after me, only to find the store closed.
I strongly advise against ordering from this particular Subway location due to the high likelihood of experiencing similar issues with order fulfillment and refunds.

I stopped in here on my way to Apollo, around noon on March 16, 2024. It was very clean, not too busy. Was served right away by a delightful young woman. Got a Tuna sub which was excellent! This is the nicest SubWay I have ever been in.
Parking: They have about ten parking spots on 3 sides of the building.

Online and on doors says open till 9:30 and says it was updated a week ago on Google yet I try to go in at 8 and both doors are locked and no one answering the phone.
The Subway I found is a long way from my house. And there are other Subways closer to home. But, the one closest to the cloverleaf on Rt. 66 & 380 is simply the best. The people there are very friendly and helpful. Every hoagie I've bought from them has been perfect. They always make sure you get everything you ask for and do it all with a smile. Definitely recommend!

Placed an order online for pickup... Went to pick it up... First off they had our 12 cookies smashed into little bags broken and on the bottom of the bag under hot hoagies melting them. Paid for extra ham on one hoagie. Wasn't even enough ham to be the normal. Paid for extra cheese on a different hoagie and there was no cheese. Looked like young boys working there. Definitely should do better work!!
