If I could give no stars I would. Ordered $100 delivery order and they sent us the wrong order. Customer service is awful. Tried calling them to figure out what the deal is and they put me on hold for about 10 minutes. I ordered an hour early and was expecting my food to be here in time for me to eat on my lunch break. I am very disappointed with Nápoles and don’t think I will be ordering from them again. Service was god awful

Super expensive. $54 for 2 medium pizzas delivered. Specialty white pizza with barely any cheese. And no garlic, onions or herbs for the price. Their sausage is a high point, but just too pricey.
Last night I tired the pizza and it was the bomb, tonight I tired there Chicken Parm so far there 2 for 2 there Chicken Parm is also the bomb! This Walmart Truck driver is very happy. I will be back for sure, if you never tired there food, why the heck not? Get there. Pizza hut, Domino's don't need your money the little guy does. And there food is the " Bomb!"
