The coffee is very good. The inside of her shop is so beautiful. it is a warm and welcoming environment. The staff is very nice. The queen of Tarts is a must try!”

“Always a fun night out at Tiffany's! You can't go wrong with any of the appetizers. I recommend the Wasabi Shrimp. Bourbon Street Chicken is one of my favorite dishes, but sometimes can't pass up on their creative nightly specials. Save room for dessert, or at least share one. Soooo good. Service is always great, and the staff and owners are so friendly and welcoming. They also have a separate room in the back for private gatherings and plenty of parking.”

“My wife and I went here for ham and cabbage dinner on St. Patrick's night. We've never been here before, but we were treated like long lost relatives! I've never been in a bar and felt so welcome to be there. We're going to join the Archbald Notre Dame Club the next time we visit. We met James Kenny and his wife who are the proprietors of this fine Irish Pub. Stop in sometime and you'll feel like you're home!”

If you want a truly GREAT meal this is the place to go. I am very impartial to their Veal Calabrese which is a KILLER dish! If you are in the area give them a try, you won't be disappointed. I’ve been a patron for years and will be for many years to come.Over many years, I believe I’ve tried every single Chinese takeout restaurant in the Scranton area and, as a transplanted NY’er, my standards are high and the only Chinese takeout in the Scranton area that comes the closest to Canal St. standards is Eastern Wok. “Took my son their today and enjoyed the 50s era atmosphere. The waitress was great and very professional. The Mac and cheese bites were the best we've ever had also the pretzel bites and hot chocolate were delicious. Definitely look forward to trying more of their food. We give it a thumbs up.”

“Had an amazing experience at Anthony's! My family of 5 came in today on a roadtrip from Florida to Vermont and got a large variety of foods. I got breakfast, but the table also got burgers, pizza, and even wings! Speaking of which, the wings were possibly the best wings my family has ever had, and it's a shame we don't live in the area to have them more often. The pancakes had a homecooked taste to them and the chocolate chips were simply decadent. It's a family owned restaurant, so the food took a bit, but it was well worth the wait. “This was my first time back since new management turned a good bar into a GREAT BAR - the 1905 Tavern!!! Only had “Hot Caesar” wings which were great and a couple Outlaw beers!?? Can’t wait to come back and try other things on the menu because they all look delicious! Bartenders & other patrons were all friendly! Reasonable prices! Overall, a great, fun night!”

“We first heard of Chef Von through Next Level Chef. We stopped today as we passed through Scranton. We had the new hangover smash burger which was off the charts. Everyone was super friendly, food was amazing and we even got to briefly met Chef Von. Highly recommended. Get there before he wins next level and you won’t be able to get a seat.”

I point this out as an indication of acceptable food preparation from those that have better reference than me.But let me give you Gringo Rob's perspective... The food was delicious! Seemed of good quality, very flavorful, and chicken was cooked perfectly. Girl at counter was nice and helpful and the owner was cordial. Good experience and we would definitely go back.Some things that kinda bothered me as follows. There was gross lack of atmosphere. Yes, an enticing aroma greets you when you walk in but it ends there. Décor is low budget, the place looks like a recycled strip mall front (which it is), few lamps were added but bright high hats remain and the place is too clinical. I don't recall if there was even background Indian music playing.Food is served in cardboard dishes which get soggy, deform and absorb the yummy sauces. Sorry, I would sacrifice the environment for another lick of the sauce!And a big pet peeve with this place and others in general (yes, I know this is common practice now) is that after I stand in line and place my order and go to pay the point of sale device gives me options for a tip (with the girl staring at me as I have to make a decision). I hate this! I have not yet tasted the food. I have not yet experienced any service. This is not a tip at all. This is simply a strong arm technique to extract more revenue. Just raise the prices and dont do this!But the chicken tikka was yummy. And the chicken curry was yummy. Ooh, and the garlic naan was soo good. And I am old and grumpy. So I will go back and I encourage all to try this place! And if the owner reads this, think about the décor and cardboard pates and see what you can do.By the way, I did cave and gave 18% tip at the register when I paid. And to my surprise, the girl said 'thank you' - I think the first time the POS tip was ever acknowledged at any of the many places that I have been to that do this! Kudos to the young lady!”

“This is a hidden little treasure in NEPA. The food is absolutely amazing - everything from the avocado egg sandwiches to the grilled cheese to the coffee cake muffins! YUM & the coffee is delicious!
