Service is terrible. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes and not one person acknowledged us. We left and went to McDonald’s next door and was served with a smile and had our food in under 3 minutes. No more KFC for us. Terrible service.
I can't even grade the food. We walked in and the place was trashed. Literal trash on the floor everywhere. A rough smell, that smelled like a dirty toilet. We looked at each other and walked back out.
