When we got there it was quiet, easy to hear each other talk then there was live music. A single guy. Sounded great but could no longer hear our party. I'm not a fan of live music whole eating. Kind of prevents you and your guests from talking to each other. Waitress was awesome. Place was clean.

Came in with a hangry person and left with a very pleasant wife. Initially she wanted something quick and fortunately service was quick and food (smash burger) was great. So much so that she then wanted a dessert. The soft pretzel bites were a fine finish. I even got to have two fine IPA’s.

Good food, good value, service spotty. Took too long to receive chips and salsa after receiving our drinks right away. Took at least twenty minutes to check out. Was busy but not overly so.

We have tried this establishment too many times to be disappointed almost every time. There seems to be a couple reoccurring issues including poor service, reserved table being given away, and a lack of knowledge with their rewards program. Additionally, we have been insulted by being called “cheap.” Unfortunately, everyone is a paying patron and deserves more respect
