I ordered a Sweet tea this morning and I told the girl I was this isn’t a sweet tea and She’s like it’s Ice Tea it looks like water with hit of brown and it’s sugar water basically!!!! Paid 4 dollars for it

The upgrade looks modern and the store is very busy. The last few times the wait has been very long. Most of their business comes from the drive thru. They need about 2 or 3 additional employees behind the counter in order to keep up with the orders.

This is by far the single worst dunkin' donuts in the entire region. Potentially one of the worst I've ever been to ever. They are the slowest drive-thru on the planet. If you have to be somewhere in a hurry, do not under any circumstances go through this drive-thru.

The most ignorant manager. Refused to substitute food for a wretched coffee that was actually undiluted cold brew extract. The irate manager came out to look at me and made a very simple, calm situation aggressive. That violent man needs to be fired. After going there everyday for years, I will NEVER go again. I advise everyone not to go! Horrible service, horrendous “coffee.” That garbage heap deserves to be shut down.

Usually always quick. Even when they have a long Line. Carbondales Dunkin is out of the frozen drink stuff a lot of the times. But the Dunkin in Eynon never fails!. They ALWAYS have it. 5 stars ?

The older woman working the drive-thru this morning was the rudest person I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. If I could give the service 0 stars, I would. Not only was her attitude absolutely miserable, she also started an argument about providing the cold brew coffee for which I just paid. When I finally got it, she was too petty to then provide a straw.
