In past yr this location has gone way downhill.. Super slow service, food always served cold n my coffee wrong 7 out of 10 times... Staffs personalities show they hate their job.. not friendly at all. .. im already 17min waiting in drive thru and still have not even ordered yet.. Hire more staff!!!!

Got here at 12:06pm, it is currently 12:29 and I still haven’t reached the speaker to order. Worst service I have ever seen in my life along with the most rude employees. Sat here long enough to watch 2 employees show up to work but mess around and smoke cigarettes in the parking lot. Please do yourself a favor and just go to a different location. Oh! Also, you’re practically trapped in the drive thru with no way out

Don’t waste your time with the Dunkin, if you really want Dunkin drive to the Dickson City one. Service is THE WORST I have ever had at a Dunkin, waited 30 mins in the drive thru line & then when I got to the window one of the workers kept giving me a nasty look because I was angry I waited 30 mins for a coffee with no way out of the drive thru line, told her to stop with the dirty looks before I drag her threw the window and that stopped her real quick. 0/10 will never return.

Would not recommended this location, if you have the time go to the better one down the road. If you’re craving something specific don’t even bother they more than likely don’t have it in the store. Food always tastes awful and the service is beyond slow. The employees are very obviously exhausted from being treated so poorly by customers. Lobby is always dirty, trash over flowing, and drive thru line always out to the road. Overall would not recommend.
