This is generally a very busy location, but usually fast with service. I wish there were more gluten-free choices that I could pair with the Dunkin' coffee. At this point, I can usually only order hash browns or a brownie!

I got a large coffee with cream and sugar and it was black. I got a donut forgot my donut and a egg sandwich and was very hard.

The line was going to the road. The line inside was filling the lobby. I made an online order and I was actually late picking it up. When I got there my coffees were done however, my dozen of CUSTOM donuts were not ready (an hour later) there was only 4 people working... and the lady seemed so stressed and worried. The donuts I ordered weren't even in my order. Coffee was disgusting. Never again.

I went in for a donut at the counter. When I asked to be served working lady said she was busy. After 10 min waiting. She was busy taking care of drive trough only. Walk ins are customers too. Not going there anymore. Shame

Ordered my food when it came.It was just a single box.I asked was my hash brown still in there.And the lady said yes, so when I got out to the car and opened it up.No hash browns or napkin. Talking to the ladyShe started explaining why I didn't have hash browns with the six dollar meal deal.I said, well, let's just rectify.The problem I was getting a little upset because she just kept going on.And explaining like she was obligated to do that. I asked for the manager, she throws her hands up.That's me, and then I proceeded to tell her, let's just fix the problem you got the order wrong.Let's fix the problem and give me my hash browns.So with their little attitude and negative facial features that she was making faces. She got the hash browns and said, you enjoy. One of the worst Dunkin' Donuts, and this is going out highway. 6 about 6 miles outside of Dixon city

In past yr this location has gone way downhill.. Super slow service, food always served cold n my coffee wrong 7 out of 10 times... Staffs personalities show they hate their job.. not friendly at all. .. im already 17min waiting in drive thru and still have not even ordered yet.. Hire more staff!!!!
