Ordered chicken tenders I have seen pencils wider than there chicken strips and dry as could be like chewing on a rock. Absolutely the worst chicken I have ever had and they charge you 10 bucks for 4 pieces of chicken sticks not tenders. Never again will I go to kfc

I've really liked the mashed potato bowl in the past, however this trip did not impress me. How do you put 5 dime size popcorn chicken on mashed potatoes, add lots of corn, a sprinkle of cheese and gravy all over for $8. Seriously, it's the CHICKEN we're after. I'm not exaggerating, there was nothing to the little bites.

For the life of me I cannot understand how people can screw up orders as consistently as this place. I shouldn’t be surprised based on their piss poor attitude but if you’re filling an order that’s right in front of you get the order right. Got home and realized I was missing a fry, all the sauces I asked for, and they gave me the wrong soda. I was assured it was all in here when I asked (this isn’t the first they screwed it up) just to drive home to find out it wasn’t even close to being right. If I failed a quarter of the amount of time at my job as these people do, I would be shown the door in a heartbeat.

So we live close, so we frequent this establishment often. I love their food. Today, We went through drive thru and I had to wait 3 minutes, tops. The employees were so nice and the food was really fresh. They forgot the biscuits for the meal but when I came back, they were so nice and I got fresh biscuits. Nothing can be perfect, and everyone misses things once in a while. They made up for it!
