Placed an order for 8 piece family meal with sides ask if I could get breasts and was told by a smart ass employee that every order would have 2 breasts 2 thighs etc. When we got home with food there was nothing but legs and thighs in the bucket and the sides and chicken was. ice cold. I will never get anything from Eyon KFC again. Very Very Disappointed

Your Eynon location should be studied. And I too should be examined by scientists from every field of study for allowing myself to keep returning there again and again. I have been there 20+ times in the last 3+ years and not once has my order been correct, let alone timely. Could be I've fallen victim to the law of large numbers in the most maddeningly mundane way possible or perhaps you go out of your way to hire the most incompetent crew working in the most inefficient environment in all of existence. Are they dumb? Do you set them up for failure? A little of both? Something else entirely? I truly do not know. I am baffled each time I return, yet I have secretly begun looking forward to see what exactly they will mess up. Forget items entirely? Make the order wrong despite minimal customization options? Give me the wrong order? Spill gravy all over the contents of the bag? Misplace my order entirely? Every time I think they can't find a new way to mess something up, they do. How are they in business? Why am I so compelled to return? Am I alone in this insanity? Isn't comfort food supposed to be comforting? In a world where everything is getting worse, could you perhaps at least act like you're trying to be better?

Every time you go to drive thur, they either wait forever to talk to you or they tell you give me 1 minute, which more like 5, often make u wait on food, for them still to give u old food with the 1 fresh food item they were waiting on

Worst “fast food” place around. Needs to be closed immediately. Staff are all rude and the food is trash. Place is dirty, The orders are never right, and it’s wildly overpriced for such an awful experience. Close the doors already, clearly nobody wants to work there.
