20 minutes for 2 cookies a pie and a soda

Every time we order delivery our order is messed up. McDonald's says contact the driver. Well guess what they didn't prepare my order. This time they forgot my sandwich and there was no bacon on the double bacon cheeseburgers. I think it time to go over quality control and go over everything. I understand it could be busy, and things happen. How bout they pay more attention to the task at hand.

Ordered one of my burgers without cheese and when I checked the food before leaving found it still had cheese. I went back through the drive thru and explained what happened so they gave a new sandwich. Once I got home found the replacement still had cheese. I tried calling and yet the phone just gave a busy tone. This has happened multiple times and will definitely not be going back to this location.

This is by far the worst McDonalds in the area. 2 times in a row my order was completely wrong. What it said on the ticket was the complete opposite of what I got. Both times I got back to work and couldn’t even eat my food, couldn’t go back because you’re allowed your break time and that’s it. Makes me sick that I work 16 hour shifts attempt to get food on my one lunch break I get and I’m dissatisfied and disappointed. Both times I asked for a refund and I got the same girl with the same horrible attitude. Why do I need to wait days for a refund because I paid with my card? Not only and I out of food I’m out of the money i spent because I don’t have the money to get something else. Please tell your employees to pay attention to what the order says and make it correct. I worked fast food for 15 years it isn’t that hard. And McDonalds employees make more than what I make working in health care. It’s sickening. Not to mention you can stand there a good 10 mins with employees staring at you instead of asking what you need help with. Stop running your establishment like it’s a circus and then you’d have better reviews and less complaints. Never going there again. I’ve been a customer for 4 years I’ll go out of my way to another location. Poor employees and poor quality service and food.

Chicken strips are back on the menu but McD restaurants are not cooking them long enough because the product is very chewing, don't recommend the current strips! Fries were perfect.

Ordered online, after standing for 25 mins I asked about my order. Was told they didn't have it. Took another 20 mins to get it. Another customer came in for her money back because she was waiting 1hr.

This is the fourth time I've doordashed. Just got delivered and this is how I open my bag. Ice cream in the actual bag w no lid and melted ice cream on everything, ordered at 10pm it didn't show up till about 11pm. McDonald's is like ten min away from me. And mind you the seal was good on the bag and have had different delivery drivers.my last orders have all been messed up didn't get what I ordered or missing like straws or spoons which conveniently I also did not get for my spilled ice cream this time also. I've bit my tongue about it every time but this is ridiculous.

it’s without fail that they mess up a custom snack wrap. the last atleast 5 times i’ve ordered a snack wrap with no cheese it is given to me with cheese. doordash orders can’t be fixed so i end up with a $6 snack wrap (bacon is an insane $3) that i don’t want. You guys literally print out the paper that says what to put on and what not to, is it truly that hard to hire people who can read? i would put 0 stars if possible. i’m done with eynon the dickson one has never been this bad

Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese value meal. The fries came out good but the burger had grease covering the bottom of the box and the bottom bun was almost soaked through. I went to the counter and showed the person at the register and all they said was huh. I asked if they would eat it. They looked at me and stared for a few seconds and then replied with disgust. Do you want another one or no. I said no I will throw it all away. I did not want another one I wanted the first one done right. They were not busy at that time and one other couple were eating inside at the time. This is not the first time I’ve had food not prepared right and I never said a word but today was the last straw. I like McDonald’s ocassionaly but I won’t be returning to this one. Sad but true. I just wish I had taken a photograph so I would have some sort of evidence before I through it all away.

Don't order curbside mobile order. you will wait 20 minutes just to end up inside asking why its taking so long just it find it in the pick up window getting cold. This is why you don't deserve more then minimum wage or an increase in minimum wage.
