Erica was her name. She was a heavyset female with a green fluorescent ponytail holder in her ponytail of her dark hair. I’m just trying to describe her to the best of my ability. She was horrible. She had an attitude she was loud she was abrasive I could not even believe that I passed three different McDonald’s to come to this one. I used to frequent this one because of the polite, friendly young kids that work there and then even the older adults that work there were always courteous. I don’t know if she’s new or I just haven’t been there at the right times to meet her, but I heard her on the headset before it was even my turn and I thought cheaper she’s kind of loud but maybe it’s just her tone as it became my turn. I realize that she has combative argumentative and about as rude as anything I’ve ever seen in my life I think that you would do yourself a great justice to sit down and have a talk with her about how to talk and treat customers that you are not allowed and you should never treat a customer with attitude and aggression ever But that’s on you guys to do. I just would highly recommend it. The rest of the staff is lovely. I have never once had an issue with this place. Usually, I say that it stands up at a higher standard than most of the McDonald’s in the area unfortunately due to this experience and it is Wednesday 9:30 in the Morning on a beautiful day it just takes one person like that, though to kind of ruin the whole vibe for somebody but hopefully these pancakes taste good and it’ll cheer everybody right back up

This McDonalds in particular has a severe problem with getting orders correct, in all my life I have never see a business get orders so consistently wrong as this McDonalds location does, I have to attribute this to employee carelessness or the possibility that there is just not enough employees to properly handle the amount of traffic that come through this location. As far as the food it`s always hit or miss and mostly a miss. I find it odd that other McDonalds in the area that I frequent do not have near the order mistakes and seem to have more enjoyable and fresher food products. Someone needs to take a look at this location and rectify these problems.

I did the drive thru got the crispy deluxe large Fry n dr pepper. Got the sandwich no lettuce, tomatoes was dry n burnt fries were ice cold bill was$9.06 for food I could not eat never again hope you follow burger King n close

First of all almost every night there are cars backed up into the highway.u have to sit in the middle lane of a 5 lane hwy. It then inches its way slowly. A few times I just drive around, the cars are waiting at the speakers to order and only 2 cars, one at the window and one behind it. I then decide to park , that’s how they did it for an hour!! Then one day I really had to use the restroom after eating in the parking lot, the doors were locked!!! Then I walked up to the drive through window, with all the cars and said what time does the inside close. She gave me the deer in the head light look. Well that’s not what the sign says. Now dayshift is really efficient it just moves, food it hot and the people at the window are friendly . Night shift needs and overhaul of management and employees, i live in Eynon but for the most part if drive to Dickson City. Terrible terrible

The am drive through is amazing she's the best . But afternoon. The fries weren't fresh and veryyyyyyy salty. . waited at the window for 3 mins before anyone came out and took the customer inform of me card
