This place is so cool! I don’t drink but I think it’s really unique to blend a coffee shop with a whiskey bar. For those like me, they have a ton of coffee options and non alcoholic options that feel unique and special. Great cozy vibes inside too.

Been a few times and pleased until Wednesday night visit. Good rye perhaps a short pour but neat should be in a glass that allows for aroma to be savored. Black coffee was old and cold. Mixed drinks fell shy on nearly every level. Kinda felt like the B-team was working. Good musician. Will try again.

It was cozy and I went on a Sunday night had strawberries and cream latte the espresso is too strong for me since I don’t drink much coffee so I asked for a cup of milk in side and the person who made the coffee was very helpful. I loved this place will be back for sure again.

This has been an instant amazing addition to the community. The cocktails are of the highest caliber the weight staff, super friendly and engaging. They offer a slew of activities that draw people out from all over the community to come together. So lucky to have this great place. Try the cool cool cool, it’s my favorite.

It's easy to see why Char & Stave in Ardmore, PA has such a loyal following! As a daily regular with my daughter and pup, I can confidently say this coffee shop is something special. The drinks here are truly out of this world. My personal favorite is their chai, which is simply perfection every single time. But beyond the incredible beverages, it's the staff that truly makes Char & Stave shine. They are more than just courteous and friendly; they genuinely treat you like friends and feel like family almost immediately. This is by far my favorite coffee shop. The coffee, the REAL French pastries, the other customers… and especially the staff! Char and Stave has added to the “European” feel of Ardmore.

Came to grab a coffee to go during a slow time of day. 3 employees behind the counter, 2 talking with each other, another woman behind the register sipping her coffee. She looks at me and walks away to join the conversation the other 2 employees were having. I waited for any of the 3 to return to the register and after watching them continue to talk amongst themselves, I left.
I get the hipster cool coffee vibe this store is going for , but I don’t need coffee that much. They need to brush up on their very rude customer service.
