“I was super excited for this place, came for my husband’s birthday and after dinner my expectations weren’t met. We tried two of their daily specials, the smash burger was amazing!! We also got their prime rib sandwich and this was a miss. The price was a lot for being basically an overdone dry steak sandwich. The real kicker of the night was the service. We had Matt N. and he was not attentive and made us feel like we inconvenienced him. Honestly I will still recommend this place to my friends and family, but wish the service was just better for a special occasion.”

“So I thought I was walking into Sweet Green as it was next door and wasn’t paying attention. I ordered a hot honey chicken bowl my go to. Turns out Dig Inn had their own version. Until she made it I was thinking to myself that isn’t what I ordered to figure out I was in the wrong place.
Instead of being mad at myself I decided to try it and I was pleasantly surprised and was not disappointed that I made the wrong turn!
Chef Twee(I think that’s her name) is awesome and I will definitely come back!

I especially enjoy the belt-thick Biangbiang noodles, handcrafted daily by skilled chefs and served with a hearty, savory meat sauce that highlights their al dente texture. The hot sour soup they offer, brewed with a delicate balance of vinegar and white pepper, is regarded as the best in town, offering a tangy complement to the other dishes. Although the restaurant has been modestly remodeled, with simple decor and practical furnishings, it maintains high standards of cleanliness and warm hospitality, creating a welcoming dining atmosphere.”

“CHUMS is such a gem in Ardmore! The yogurt bowls are super refreshing and packed with fresh fruit. I love how thick and creamy the cold-strained yogurt is. Everything is beautifully presented and totally Instagram-worthy. The staff is super friendly, and the whole space feels warm, fun, and welcoming.
They also have a huge cat sculpture outside the store! Definitely my new go-to spot for a healthy treat or cute dessert date. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!”

I showed up to my first ever open mic. Without any back up or support. Straight after work still in a suit and I was so nervous! But sat next to people I just met, we'll I was early sonce I came straight from work still wearing a suit, and they were pleasant hospital regulars. The drinks were great the features were great and I enjoyed it so much. I will be back for another go!”

“Izzy's is my Fri night go to after getting off the train. James, Brian, Justin and the rest of the crew provide a warm welcome and great service. The hand rolls are excellent! It's really noisy and space is tight, and every once in a while I meet someone new for an interesting conversation. And it's just fine with everyone if I roll up with my New Yorker magazine for a quick bite on the way home!”

I recently visited Brew Room Coffee and was genuinely impressed. The quality of their drinks is outstanding—rich, smooth, and expertly crafted. Every sip tasted fresh and balanced, making it clear that they take pride in their coffee.

The pastries were equally impressive. Fresh, flaky, and full of flavor, they paired perfectly with our iced coffees. The pastry in the photo was absolutely delicious—crispy on the outside, flavorful on the inside, and clearly made with care.

Beyond the food and drinks, the atmosphere is warm, inviting, and perfect for catching up with friends, getting some work done, or simply relaxing. The staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall experience.

If you’re looking for high-quality coffee, delicious pastries, and a comfortable place to spend your time, Brew Room Coffee is a must-visit. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone in the area!

“My daughter said that she was looking to have sushi for lunch today, so we decided to give Herosame in Ardmore a try. Wow, this is one of the best sushi meals we've had in the Philly area and definitely on the Main Line. I called in our takeout order and the server who took our order was very friendly and polite as was the server who brought us our order while we waited in the vestibule. We ordered the Lunch Shrimp Teriyaki Bento Box and the Lunch Triple Roll Combo. Wow! I thought they had accidentally give us another person's order as the bags were quite heavy. Both lunch specials could easily be split over two meals or at least a meal and a leftovers snack. The Lunch Shrimp Teriyaki Bento Box included a small house salad, a pint of Miso Soup, 2 Shumai, a California Roll, 6 large Teriyaki Shrimp and a pint of steamed white rice. The salad was a crisp and refreshing spring mix with thinly shredded carrots and a halved grape tomato with a delicious dressing. The Miso soup was very rich and tasty. The Shumai were delicious with a nice crisp exterior, but soft, tender and enjoyable meat inside. The California Roll was huge and stuffed with super fresh crab stick and vegetables topped off with tobiko. The Teriyaki Shrimp were just a hair overcooked, but still delicious. The Three Roll Lunch Combo featured a choice of three rolls from a list of twenty different rolls so my daughter picked the Shrimp Avocado Roll, Tempura Roll and Philly Roll. All three rolls, just like my Bento Box's California Roll were huge with the Shrimp Tempura Rolls being gigantic. One piece of the tempura roll was at least twice the size of other sushi rolls I've had. Each roll was stuffed with the traditional meats and veggie fillings. Everything was so fresh and delicious! Herosame will definitely be on our family's list for future Japanese lunches and dinners!”

“This is one of my favorite restaurants in the Philly area. The food is always so fresh and delicious and the service is always attentive and friendly. Any time I am in the area, I stop by and stock up on all my favorite salads, rice dishes, and other specialities. I have never been disappointed. Clean and flavorful food. What more can you ask for? Allergens are clearly listed so there is no guesswork. Highly recommend!”

The staff there were and always will be accommodating. I would recommend Jersey Mike's for their excellent sandwiches and it's good for those who are in a hurry and in need of a quick bite to eat. “We called the night before and made reservations for our party of 6 for lunch at 1:30 PM on Saturday (today). We arrived early and we’re seated immediately. Food was delicious and service was friendly and courteous. We had a mix of starters (beef jap chae, Korean fried chicken, Dakgangjeong & chili calamari), entrees (bulgogi, 2 Dolsot Bibimbop & ramen), table bbq (Joo Mul Luk Marinated ribeye & Samgyupsal Thinly sliced pork belly), and drinks. Entrees and table bbq comes with white rice, ban Chan, and veggies. We ate everything and we’re satisfied with happy bellies. The restaurant is quaint, nice atmosphere, and clean. Metered parking is available in front of restaurant. We recommend trying this place, and will be back again.”

And I’ve been there enough times to chat up the infamous owner Tony… he does not suffer fools! So yeah if you call and sound like it’s your first ever time ordering pizza over the phone he’s gonna let you have it, lol. I love it and whole heartedly support this.
