All the employees were incredibly kind and doing their job but whatever manager was on this day was screaming at his employees the entire time the store was filled with customers. Everyone visibly uncomfortable and talking about it. You shouldn’t make people that miserable who are just trying to make people sandwiches while also creating a rough atmosphere for customers. Really great place. Such a good sandwich.
I typically haven't had an issue with the service at the Ardmore Jersey Mike's location, however a few weeks ago I was quite disappointed with the way the employees handled my partner's gluten allergy. He has a severe issue with cross-contamination and simply asked the employee to pull from a fresh, non-contaminated container of lettuce, tomatoes, etc., and we were treated as though that was a tremendously difficult request.
