Best customer service I've experienced! Everyone was so nice and helpful. The display case was beautiful so I trusted that I would get would I wanted. I'm very particular but they decorated my cake beautifully. I will definitely be going back soon!

The Ultimate Bake Shoppe has phenomenal baked goods as well as customer service! My favorite items are the key lime tart, chocolate-chip cheese cake, and New York style cheese cake. The cake decorator is astoundingly artistic. If you need a custom design, she's on it! I have been shopping here for years and this is hands down my favorite bakery.
