“Stopped in for take out. Everything was carefully packaged and labeled. We had a special request for my little one, plain lo mein, just sauce and noodles they listened and prepared and labelled it correctly. It was raining that day and they took the time to wrap all of their heavy weight paper bags in plastic for us. They provided ample napkins, soy sauce, and forks without prompting. Again they take care... The food was good, chicken was a high quality. There was a nice mix of veggies in the chicken lo mein. I liked the way the chicken was cut up in the lo mein as well.“

“Loved this place. This place was packed and I was so lucky to have a reservation for my date. We loved the food, not even lying when I tell you it was the freshest sushi I’ve had in a while. We went on the 17th and it was super busy, the staff worked so hard and still made us feel so welcomed.“

The real surprise, though, was the spicy crab inari—it was the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and spicy, and quickly became my favorite dish of the meal. DJAKARTA CAFE is our Best Place to enjoy the authentic Indonesian culinary! The portion is huge,not stingy with the sauce. I tried almost all they have in the menu, but Nasi Ayam Bakar is hands-down one of The Best! Came along with tamarind soup, fried tofu, n fried tempe..also the sambal spicy chilly!
Without forget mentioning dessert Es Campur !“

“I really enjoyed the kimchi dolsot rice. I found that in other restaurants it can be very greasy even without any meat. So I wasn’t keen on having it with the beef options. Seeing that they had a mushroom dolsot rice version, I asked them if they can add mushrooms to the kimchi rice and they did 🎉!

This one was not greasy and the button and shiitake mushrooms were a great addition. I thoroughly enjoyed it and then had the rest for dinner as the portions are large. 😋

The banchan were great as well.

“Really great food- we had the shrimp fried rice, noodle bowl and wings (salt + pepper). All meals were so tasty even the spring rolls! Wings were crispy, well seasoned and tasty. Restaurant staff are very nice and welcoming. We sat in, only 4 tables. It was a good dining experience not like a sit down restaurant for example you order at the desk, and there’s no waiter. So casual and lovely vibes! Definitely recommend and will be ordering again!!“

“I love this place. Have been coming here for years. Since my kids were little.
So, probably 10+ The staff is always super friendly and accommodating. The fish in the fish tank in the front are always friendly too and they will let you take their picture. Food comes out quick and is always good. Me and my family usually eat in, but we did take out during the pandemic and when my son doesnt want to sit for dinner, but still wants his general Tso's. Overall great experience.“
