Gabriella's Vietnam Reviews
Tối nay lại ghé Gabriella's Vietnam, gọi ngay đĩa tôm nướng thơm lừng với thêm tô phở gà nóng hổi. Ăn xong thấy vừa no vừa ấm bụng, đúng kiểu hương vị Việt mà mình mê. Không gian quán ấm cúng, nhân viên thì siêu dễ thương
When you order a drink that is undrinkable because it is disgusting, restaurants usually take it off the bill. Not this place! They told me because I took a sip (which I almost spit out) I had to pay for it. Food is mediocre at best. Service dreadful. Blah interior.
The customer service aweful… never go back

Gabriella's Vietnam offers a delightful dining experience with a menu that showcases the vibrant flavors of Vietnamese cuisine. The restaurant is known for serving a variety of classic dishes, including the Gỏi Tôm Xoài (Prawn and Mango Salad), Bánh Bèo Chén (Water Fern Dumplings), and the Bánh Xéo Miên Trung (Shaken Beef), all praised for their balanced and mouthwatering flavors. Customers enjoy unique street foods and fish dishes, such as the sizzling catfish, which some have compared to Persian fish with fried fish and fresh dill. The Dâu Hu Xào Xã (Lemongrass Tofu) is noted for its delicious execution, though some diners have found it overly oily.
The family-style service and attentive staff are highly appreciated, with servers providing excellent recommendations and accommodating special requests, such as modifications for guests who do not eat pork. The restaurant's cozy atmosphere, with a secluded spot across from the display case offering a view of the street, adds to the overall charm.
Many reviews highlight the creative and elevated food that feels like home, making Gabriella’s Vietnam a popular spot for gatherings and special occasions. The restaurant has been praised for its hospitable service and warm, casual ambiance. Dishes like the open rice pancakes, crepes, and the sizzling catfish have received particular praise. Although the prices are a bit higher than typical Vietnamese spots, many believe the quality of the ingredients and the skill in preparation make it worth it. The staff is described as warm, welcoming, and attentive.
Overall, Gabriella’s Vietnam is a must-visit for those seeking authentic Vietnamese flavors, exceptional service, and a welcoming atmosphere. It remains a favorite for memorable meals and special events, with many guests eager to return and try more of the menu, even if some dishes have received mixed reviews.
