This place was so great for a nice lunch with my husband. The food is so good, the sizes are great and the price is the best lol nice quick service and really affordable. We tried to go back just to see that they’re closed on sundays so that was the only bummer.
Besides having a solid happy hour menu. Spice 28 has several food options like the Curry Rice Noodles I had for lunch. It was warm with light flavors of curry and coconut milk with hearty rice noodles which makes for a comforting meal. The service is always quick and the ambience is fun. You'll find coworkers chatting after a long day or newcomers checking out the menu. It's a great spot for anyone in the area. If Sampan is too busy just come to Spice.

This was a surprise on our 5th night in Philly. We had a group of small plates. Pork dumpling in chili oil, glazed sting beans, Indian pancakes with curry, peking duck buns, and Singapore noodles. If the food is this quality all the time, they have hit a home run. Add in the excellent drinks menu with well crafted alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and there is nothing to fault here. Would definitely come back.
