I tried Dig Inn for the first time last week and I’m back already and to my surprise the food quality is consistent. Everything is fresh, hot, and doesn’t give that I’ve been sitting out all day vibe. They have an open kitchen concept so your can literally see your food being made. And shout out to Chef AJ; super pleasant, great hospitality and you can tell she knows he stuff.
Great place, and healthy food.
We had a great meal here and the staff were really friendly and efficient. We will be back!
