I am from Tucson AZ. I can honestly say some of the front desk women haven't been the nicest to me and then I spoke with Val from membership services. He changed my opinion because he showed kindness! I have a few health issues no one would help me with and he did! He was understanding and even thru the phone you could hear the smile on his face. You need more people like him! Give the guy a raise! In AA we say it's attraction not promotion" he is attracting people with his kindness...read full review
