“Johnny's has the best cheesesteaks and square pizza hands down! I love Angelo's, Dough head and John's roast pork but this place is definitely better. I love that you can find parking and actually sit inside and not have to eat in my van at lunch when I'm on the road. Go Johnny Go!!!!”

The Chilean sea bass in truffle sauce was A+++, one of the best I’ve ever had. The dessert at the end make the dinner complete! Compliments to the chef Volodymyr Hyvel! Wonderful experience and atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back.”

“I took my family here for dinner tonight, and the experience was awesome from start to finish. Making the reservation took <1 minute, parking was easy, and for those who enjoy BYOB, there’s a wine and spirits store just two doors down.

The service was outstanding and the food was phenomenal. This place is truly a hidden gem with fair pricing and an excellent menu. My boys, ages 9 and 7, even said it was one of the best places we’ve eaten, which says a lot.

“Tiffin is a chain of Indian restaurants that my family of ardent Indian food loyalists, have patronized for almost 15 -16 years. The favorite is the location in Bryn Mawr. Our family favorites are the Baingan Bharta, Paneer Tikka Masala, kajoo mattar paneer, malai kofta, Aloo Papri Chaat, samosa chaat, garlic and plain naans and
Peshawari naan. We love the atmosphere and the friendly service from Rudra and team at Bryn Mawr. The only pain I see is the limited parking space at the Bryn Mar location . Definitely recommend this chain for quality of food and service.”

“We love this place. We live in Philly, but just stumbled on it one day. Maybe it’s the owner, but a visit there feels like a special occasion . The appetizer of pita with a variety of dips is incredible, and filling. Next to come are dishes of souvlaki, falafel, lamb brochettes, vegetables, rice and salad. They are known for outstanding baklava (even for those who think they don’t like baklava), AND chocolate mousse. We have brought relatives and friends here from Washington, D.C. and Harrisburg, and all were thrilled .”

The pasta was unbelievable and so fresh!!! The best part of all was the impeccable service. “I remember this place when I was here in 1994-95 and I think the father ran the place the food was so good every time we would walk from Ardmore to Bryn Mawr this is where we would stop for lunch on Tuesdays or Fridays back in the day there was a group home around the area and we used to come here and eat the food was absolutely wonderful cooked perfectly served perfectly and everybody's so polite in the place is clean and everyone's just very cheerful I would recommend this to anybody who suddenly stopping through town to get some Dunkin' Donuts a latte and maybe something to eat on the way or if you're a local it's a great place for a first date and don't be stingy!!!”

“I traveled from Ann arbor for the weekend and wanted to visit Lourdas. I hadn't been there for years but it is as lovely and inviting as it was years ago. We had grilled Octopus salad and soupa avgolemono. Then we had shrimp Lourdas and lamb chops. They were both delectable. We took baklava and galactobureko home for dessert. The staff were attentive and patient and the other patrons seemed to be regulars with a few newbies here and there. I can't wait to go back!!”

The bacon was thick and cooked perfectly with a good portion on the sandwich. The lettuce and tomato were also fresh and distributed evenly with the mayo. Served with fresh coleslaw and a pickle! “I was introduced to these cookies years ago, and they have become my go-to choice for special occasions for many reasons. First, they are absolutely delicious! Second, I appreciate their business practices. Just yesterday, I ordered some cookies, and although they usually ship the next day, they weren't able to get into the shop due to the ice. I received a thoughtful phone call from a man named Mike. He informed me that they typically do not ship on Fridays, but given the inclement weather, they would be making an exception. He even apologized for the delay. You rarely get this kind of courtesy call from businesses anymore.”

“My family and I have been a customer here for years. We met Jae right as he was opening the restaurant and have been coming ever since. We cannot recommend the sushi here enough - absolutely delicious, wide menu, and interesting special options for bigger groups. Don’t be surprised if Jae himself comes by your table to check in. Environment is also friendly for kids. Just be sure to check the operating days and hours carefully so you are not disappointed if you arrive to find it closed. Everyone in the Bryn Mawr area should try Sushi Land at least once!”

From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere stood out. The restaurant is beautifully designed—elegant but still warm and inviting—and it immediately set the tone for a great night. It’s the kind of place that feels special without being overly formal, which made it perfect for a dinner with my daughter.

Asher and Tom took exceptional care of us throughout the evening. They were attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel welcome. Their service struck the perfect balance—always there when we needed something, but never intrusive.

The food was outstanding across the board. The bread appetizer was a great start—fresh, flavorful, and a perfect way to kick off the meal. We also ordered the pasta, pepperoni pizza, and chicken piccata, and each dish was excellent. Everything was prepared beautifully, full of flavor, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. It’s not often that every single dish at the table impresses, but that was definitely the case here.

What made the evening even more special was how much my daughter enjoyed it. Finding a restaurant that delivers both a high-quality dining experience and a welcoming environment for a 10-year-old isn’t always easy, but Carina Sorella absolutely delivered.

This continues to be our favorite place to dine on the Main Line. The combination of exceptional food, outstanding service, and a beautiful setting makes it stand out every time.

“Old old old incredibly old school pizza joint with a vibe frozen in the early 80s pretending to be the 1950s. They've got anchovies, does that help explain the vibe? Mexicola, too. Booths are a Lurks snug for my midlife fatness, but I love seeing my wife eat pizza that makes her happy.
It's like an amusement park ride for pizza in real life. Definitely worth the experience.”

“Cortado was great, earl Grey tea was lovely. They had a large, non sticky,free flowing glass honey bottle for my tea. This is a big deal to me. Usually I have to work with a half full sticky honey bear that requires a vise to squeeze.

“Good Evening Family. I visited before my doctor's appointment. My appointment is across the street. Its at 7:10 AM. I decided on a medium decaf hot coffee black with pumpkin. It was delicious!!! Then I went and sat in my car until my appointment. My visit at Dunkin was good. A good experience here today. I tipped the coffee staff. Have a good night, workout, be active and mobile, fit and fabulous especially for people over 50 years of age.”

“My husband and I went for lunch today. The food was delicious (we were already familiar with the bagels), however the staff was very distracted. They were friendly and pleasant but they got some things wrong even though it wasn’t very busy. I asked for the honey mustard mayo on the side and it was omitted completely. Also, some of the apple slices still had the stickers on them which means they most likely weren’t washed or looked at prior to using. That’s pretty careless to put fruit slices with stickers in a sandwich.”
