We love this place. We live in Philly, but just stumbled on it one day. Maybe it’s the owner, but a visit there feels like a special occasion . The appetizer of pita with a variety of dips is incredible, and filling. Next to come are dishes of souvlaki, falafel, lamb brochettes, vegetables, rice and salad. Last night was our third visit to White House Tajine and it was just as wonderful as before. The food is so fresh and the flavors are like nothing else I have had before. Each time, I have ordered a different dish and been just as impressed as the first meal we had there. The restaurant is informal and comfortable, the staff are friendly and we are certainly looking forward to our next meal there.
My husband grew up in Morocco so our son and daughter in law took us. It was awesome. The food was delicious. The hot mint tea was good and sweet. He even got my grandson to try baklava. The baklava was so good we brought some home. The food was authentic Moroccan food. Thank you sooo much.
