I would say this Bryn Mawr location has issues getting the dough to rise. Our bread bites were hard, dense, seemingly unbaked nuggets. And the crust of the pizza was almost thin-crust. Please send employees to the King of Prussia location to see how both are properly made.
Whoever the man making pizza today at 7pm on 3/24/23 deserves a medal and a raise!!!! He made our order 30 minutes before it was due, and was apologetic for the wait!I’ve never seen a man move that fast in the kitchen. Nothing but praise! Will reach out to division manager on his behalf. Outstanding.

When he could have dumped the pizza at the front of my building and left after some confusion, Anthony took extra care and called me to confirm my delivery instructions.
