“I traveled from Ann arbor for the weekend and wanted to visit Lourdas. I hadn't been there for years but it is as lovely and inviting as it was years ago. We had grilled Octopus salad and soupa avgolemono. Then we had shrimp Lourdas and lamb chops. They were both delectable. We took baklava and galactobureko home for dessert. The staff were attentive and patient and the other patrons seemed to be regulars with a few newbies here and there. I can't wait to go back!!“

“I work up the road and we ordered for pick up for lunch and it was delicious! BLT’s can be tricky for takeout. The bread was toasted, fresh yet crunchy and delicious. The bacon was thick and cooked perfectly with a good portion on the sandwich. The lettuce and tomato were also fresh and distributed evenly with the mayo. Served with fresh coleslaw and a pickle! My new favorite lunch spot!! Can’t wait to try the other menu items.“

“I used Johnny Paisano’s to cater a holiday party. I had an amazing experience from the very beginning. I spoke with Christine who helped me place the order, and helped me to decide the best options for my menu. One of my options was a prime rib, where I received a phone call from Johnny himself to help me figure out the best way to prepare it for the party. When it was time to retrieve the food on the day of the party, everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Johnny once again came out and was talking with me about the food. I appreciate this aspect of a business, it makes you feel like you’re in a friendly environment, rather than a sterile kitchen. The food quality was amazing. Every platter was delicious, and every guest was happy with how the food turned out. The prime rib was the largest hit, not surprisingly. I couldn’t believe the value of everything as well. Jenny Smoothie in Roxborough is absolutely amazing. I’ve been coming to Jenny since she first started years ago back when she was running the food truck, and it’s been incredible to watch her grow into what she has built today.

The owner is genuinely one of the best people—great personality, amazing energy and aura, and you can tell she puts real love into everything she makes. The customer service is always on point, and she actually remembers me every time I come in, which makes it feel personal and welcoming every visit.

Everything is made with care and you can taste the love in it every single time. She truly deserves all the success coming her way and more. I’m so proud of how far she’s come and can’t wait to see what she does next.
