Honestly surprised more people aren't talking about Tataki Ramen! It’s a quiet, humble spot, but the flavor speaks volumes. Easily my favorite ramen in Philly right now.
The chicken broth is amazingly rich and full-bodied—pure flavor, no doctoring up required. Pair that with their incredible gyoza and you've got a top-tier meal. If you love authentic, soul-warming ramen, put this spot on your list immediately
Warmly greeted and got a table right away (probably helped that there's fewer students around during summer). My better half really enjoyed her Salmon Nigiri, but finally met her spicy ramen match with their spicy garlic option 😅
