“I was introduced to these cookies years ago, and they have become my go-to choice for special occasions for many reasons. First, they are absolutely delicious! Second, I appreciate their business practices. Just yesterday, I ordered some cookies, and although they usually ship the next day, they weren't able to get into the shop due to the ice. I received a thoughtful phone call from a man named Mike. He informed me that they typically do not ship on Fridays, but given the inclement weather, they would be making an exception. He even apologized for the delay. You rarely get this kind of courtesy call from businesses anymore.“

“I work up the road and we ordered for pick up for lunch and it was delicious! BLT’s can be tricky for takeout. The bread was toasted, fresh yet crunchy and delicious. The bacon was thick and cooked perfectly with a good portion on the sandwich. The lettuce and tomato were also fresh and distributed evenly with the mayo. Served with fresh coleslaw and a pickle! My new favorite lunch spot!! Can’t wait to try the other menu items.“

“I was in the area and decided to pop by to try a thing or two. Not knowing anyone who had tried them before I stuck to the small, individual sized items…browned butter chocolate chip cookies, morning croissant and some pizza dough. It all comes frozen but I had other places to go so some started defrosting in the car. Here’s my review of each. Cookies - I don’t like ANY chocolate chip cookie that doesn’t have nuts in them. I usually wouldn’t even buy them, I decided to try these because of the browned butter. I had one in the car before I got home and they were AMAZING! I shocked myself at how much I enjoyed them. They were soft without being chewy, a feature I hate in cookies personally, and had nice crispy edges, even after defrosting! The taste, texture and everything about these defied all that I thought was possible with a gf cookie! 10 out of 10 Pizza dough - since it was defrosted by the time I got him I decided to make a couple mini pizzas. I used half the dough, I bag will easily make 4-5 personal sized pizzas. I thought I had rolled it too thin as it started to break apart so I made it a little thicker. It rises while cooking so when I do the rest, I’ll leave it thinner for sure. Because other gf pizzas seem to have such difficulty cooking in the city I was concerned when I saw these rising. But they cooked up beautifully! It was soooo nice having gf pizzas seem that had the taste and texture of traditional crust. I appreciate suppliers for having the option available, and some are better than others…but the Flakely dough is the standard now! I’ll never buy another gf pizza, whether it be a restaurant or a market. 10 out of 10 Morning croissant - I put this right in the freezer so I haven’t tasted it yet. But it looks phenomenal! They described it as a cross between a cinnamon roll and a croissant. You can’t go wrong with that combo as a general thing but given how the cookie and pizza dough has tasted, I have no doubt this will be terrific as well! Run, don’t walk, over to their shop and let’s make sure they’re around for the long haul. Just beware, they might spoil you against some of your existing faves!“

“I've always had good baked goods here - it's becoming a traditional stop when we come to the city! Best things I've had here are the maple oatmeal scones and the brown butter pound cake - phenomenal! What baked goods are supposed to taste like!“

“Every time I fly back to PA my first stop after grabbing rental car, Corropolese on Egypt Rd is my first stop. Nothing like home like a couple Tomato Pies and the first is usually gone by the time I get to Reading. Driving while eating a slice and minimizing the sauce on one’s hand is skill best learned through practice. 😀
Staff is always friendly and the 1/4 pies are always stacked high, ready to go. Don’t change a thing Corropolese and keep up the great work!“

“One of the best vegan bakeries I've ever been to! The Earl Grey cake was delicious, as were the other desserts we got. And the savory pastries were so yummy. I also got the best chai I think I've ever had. It's low-key a PROBLEM that I only live ten minutes away from this place!“

“Wanted to see what the fuss was about with their tomato pie. Definitely worth it. I didn't think I would be as big of a fan as I was. It's basically dough with tomato sauce. It was a combination of acidic and sweet but perfectly balanced. And only $6!

They also have other Italian sweets so it's well worth the stop.“

Since then, I myself have sent them to so many family and friends. Here are my top reasons for loving this company: 1. Their chocolate chip cookies are seriously so amazing! (and I am very particular about my chocolate chip cookies), 2. Their service is amazing! They respond to emails and phone messages really quickly and do what they can to help, 3. They are military friendly - whenever I need to ship to my nephew's military base in Alaska (which is very hard to get companies to deliver to by the way), they always help me out, get the shipping done quickly, and are super helpful.
