I don’t like crumbl cookies in general. They are too sweet. The sizes vary quite widely and the hot/cold ones are packed together. With that said, this location is pretty clean and the staff are very helpful so if you like crumbl cookies, this is a good spot to go.
Great overall, but inconsistent quality when busy. I usually go on a Wed or Thur evening and it’s pretty empty with mostly friendly staff and cookies as expected. Went on a Saturday night for the first time and while the staff was nice, its was pretty busy and the cookies weren’t as good as earlier in the week (I specifically went back for the Oreo and was disappointed). I’ll definitely avoid Saturday nights in the future.

The most amazing cookies! This store is clean, the staff provide quick service, and of course, the cookies are absolutely delectable.So far, I have tried the blueberry muffin, chocolate chip, wedding cake, brownie sundae, and Kentucky butter cake. I plan to go back on a weekly basis for their specialty flavors.All in all, I recommend this location to pick up a sweet treat and smile!
