The yogurt was good but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. I don't know why they have the audacity to ask for a tip when the person behind the counter does literally nothing. They barely have the decency to greet the customers when they enter or have the politeness to say good by when exiting. If that's how the employees act, just switch to an automated system.
Might be the last time we come here. Been customers since they opened, but have watched the store deteriorate. It needs a deep cleaning and an overall refresh, as the wallpaper is peeling, the logo on the wall is fading, and they basically write-over the flavor signs as they haven't updated them. The real estate is too valuable for a business that doesn't seem to care.

My daughter loves this place, and so do I. We've been coming to the Wynnewood location for years and will continue to. Yes, things have changed since Covid, but things are working towards the good. I find that a little kindness to staff enhances their kindness in return. A lot of the time, our youth are finding their way and just need a little nudge. I appreciate the service we receive and hope that the store and staff members will continue to grow.
