First and foremost, I've been a crumbl customer for a while now and this is NOT the first time my cookies weren't up to par.. especially when I order and have them delivered, it's like they send you anything!!! The cookies/pies(not a cookie) never looked "AS ADVERTISED" The ONLY time they're right is when I pick them up myself!!! Check this Key Lime PIE out‼️

Went here and the lobby was packed, the workers just keep staring instead of coming to take orders. They gave me my box with icing smeared on the front and it unknowingly got all over my clothes. I came back in because the cornbread cookie was really salty. They acted like I was lying but I’m sure someone added salt by accident. They were whispering in the back saying to “take her box of cookies” to see if I ate them?. I definitely wouldn’t eat salty cookies. I was hoping they’d check the batch instead of continuing to sell messed up cookies. Went to Jenkintown and the cookie tasted amazing and the workers actually acknowledged customers.
