“I decided to visit reading terminal today bc it was early on a Thursday. Figured it wouldn’t be so busy. I ate breakfast and then decided on something sweet. I had passed a sign about banana pudding earlier and decided to go there. I got the banana caramel pecan pudding. It was amazing. “Crumbl in Broomall is always a treat! The store itself is bright, clean, and inviting, and the staff are consistently friendly and quick. The cookies themselves are always fresh, warm, and generously sized. You can tell there's real care put into their presentation and consistency. Great spot for a quick dessert run or picking up a box for a get-together. Highly recommend the Broomall location if you're craving something sweet!“

“Such a cute and welcoming spot! The shop is super clean, colorful, and has so many unique options to choose from. The ice cream and snacks looked amazing, and everything felt fresh and well presented. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and made the whole experience even better. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Definitely worth stopping by if you want something sweet and fun!“

“Kiwi in Newtown Square is the cleanest frozen yogurt place I’ve been to. It is spotless. The ladies working there are always busy putting things in order and cleaning. I never see them idle. They are also very pleasant, affable, and customer oriented. We always look forward to our trips there.“

“Omg the cookies here are excellent! They were the best cookies I had from a shop. My favorite cookie is the snickerdoodle but they are all amazing. They have a good variety of flavors. They're full of flavor, fresh, and really moist. They're best when they're still hot and paired with ice cream. The prices aren't the best but they have a decent deal where you get 3 free cookies when you buy 9. We got it delivered from the Temple/cecil b moore location. The delivery came really fast. The cookies were hot and fresh and the ice cream was still cold. Our order was perfect and included everything. I got the caramellionaire ice cream and it was great. It won't disappoint if you're a caramel fan. My bf tried the Dreamweaver ice cream and we weren't fans. It had a strange flavor and wasn't that good. But everything else was so good that it didn't change our positive view of the place. This place is worth checking out.“

“I’ve been to this insomnia a few times and have had pleasant experiences all the times that I’ve been here. The staff is always very nice and friendly. The cookies are always fresh and tasty too. My current favorites are the chocolate chip cookies and the Chai latte cookies from here. Would definitely come back again in the future.“

I was shocked to find out the manager was sitting at a desk but never got up to fix the problem! This is the first time my family and I have been to Conshohocken and will be the last! “After not receiving the ice cream scoops and topping I ordered with my brookie on doordash and generally having a bad week, I gave them a call to see if the issue could be corrected. The woman I spoke to on the phone, not sure of her name, was super nice and apologized and explained how busy they were (and I understand with how awful these apps are anymore...), and immediately sent me my order and said she'd throw in an extra scoop of ice cream. And then they sent me all of this with this sweet message shown in the photo.
