“This place is truly a hidden gem in Cherry Hill! The desserts were absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was so relaxing and welcoming. What stood out the most was the amazing staff—they were friendly, attentive, and checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed.
It’s rare to find a spot with great desserts and such genuine hospitality. If you’re looking for a cozy place to satisfy your sweet tooth, this is it. We’ll definitely be back!

“Rebecca was handling the cookie date night for Valentines Day weekend. She was very helpful and enthusiastic about the company and products. She spoke very highly of the company and there incentives. She seated us and provided our cookies and drinks. Cookies were fresh. She had energy the entire time. She almost took a photo us at the end for us for the store, and for us. She made the experience worth it. Hopefully, there will be more events at Insomnia.
In addition, the front staff young lady was very nice with high energy. The guy was help helpful as well. The staff at this location was great.“

“I decided to visit reading terminal today bc it was early on a Thursday. Figured it wouldn’t be so busy. I ate breakfast and then decided on something sweet. I had passed a sign about banana pudding earlier and decided to go there. I got the banana caramel pecan pudding. It was amazing. The woman who served me was a wonderful woman with great kindness that came thru like a light. Great business. Definitely go there!!! Khalilah was great“

“I’ve ordered from this place many times for many occasions, I’ve referred family to her and have always had a good experience. She’s even fulfilled an order I put in for the next day! And it’s always been good and well presented! You can tell she works hard on everything she does and I Could not recommend enough!“
“My favorite here is the mango yogurt with no sugar, so creamy and refreshing. The mango itself is naturally sweet, so it doesn’t need any added sugar at all. So good!
We also tried the croffle trio (vanilla, chocolate, and matcha). They were warm and crispy on the outside, but the filling inside was frozen, maybe that’s how it’s supposed to be, so it was just okay for me.
Overall, this is a cute spot and a great addition for yogurt drinks in Chinatown. The service is friendly and quick. Plenty of seating, a cozy vibe, and perfect for hanging out. I’ll definitely be back for the yogurt drinks!“

“Such a cute and welcoming spot! The shop is super clean, colorful, and has so many unique options to choose from. The ice cream and snacks looked amazing, and everything felt fresh and well presented. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and made the whole experience even better. “Today I had an incredible experience at this location of insomnia cookies. The team was beyond helpful. I had the pleasure of being helped today by Jesse, an amazing team member. He welcomed us to the store, helped us immediately with navigating the app and reward system, and gave us our cookies within less than 30 seconds at such a warm temperature! They were delicious and devoured, and I will definitely be coming back here. The store was so clean and overall very great environment with the people in the place. Thank you for fulfilling my sweet treat craving!“

“Omg the cookies here are excellent! They were the best cookies I had from a shop. My favorite cookie is the snickerdoodle but they are all amazing. They have a good variety of flavors. They're full of flavor, fresh, and really moist. They're best when they're still hot and paired with ice cream. The prices aren't the best but they have a decent deal where you get 3 free cookies when you buy 9. We got it delivered from the Temple/cecil b moore location. The delivery came really fast. The cookies were hot and fresh and the ice cream was still cold. Our order was perfect and included everything. I got the caramellionaire ice cream and it was great. It won't disappoint if you're a caramel fan. My bf tried the Dreamweaver ice cream and we weren't fans. It had a strange flavor and wasn't that good. But everything else was so good that it didn't change our positive view of the place. This place is worth checking out.“

“I’m really surprised that this location has so many bad reviews. I’ve seen people complain about being cut off from standing in line an hour before close. I think it’s important to note that, with an HOUR wait time in line, the staff shouldn’t have to stay past close to service you. Cutting the line off an hour before close enables them to get through the rest of the line by closing time and to go home at a decent time.
Everyone wants to try a piece of Crumbl. Considering the hype and the high-density population of Cherry Hill and the surrounding area, it should come as no surprise that this place has long lines and wait times.
This is the only location in South Jersey, so if you can deal with waiting, you’re in for a treat.
I came here for their soft opening and almost every week since then. The owner and staff are kind and make an efficient team. The cookies are well-made and of great quality. It’s always really fun finding out what the new flavors of cookies are every week and taking a 6-pack home to share and rate with my family.
I do wish that they had a better system for letting folks in the line know about certain flavors being out of stock. That’s my only note about improvement“
